Beautiful craftmanship
Parker is one of my favourite brands and it is a pleasure to use this pen. It is beautifully & elegantly crafted and it is also very comfortable to hold and so my writing is at its clearest. It is the Rolls Royce of pens and it would make an ideal gift for school children, students, professionals - anyone.

Magnificent pen - one of the best gift ideas to a solid man.
Parker Sonnet Stainless Steel Ballpoint Pen with Gold TrimThis Pen is oriented to a solid man who is in need of stylish and expensive looking pen. Comes in a beautiful Parker box.It is easy to hold and gold trimmed spots makes it look like a 100 pound pen. Definitely a great buy, especially for present. Bought 2 of these for Christmas presents!

Very nice classy pen!
I've always liked sterling silver pens, since I've always reasoned that, if one's going to pay a lot of money for a pen, why not pay for pens that are made of precious metals? I probably would have liked a solid gold pen as well, but those are just too expensive, and out of reach to me. But with sterling silver pens, one can actually afford it, without becoming bankrupt after purchasing it. Of course it depends on which brand and model you buy.Anyway this pen is well-made, the finish makes it easy to grip as well. One thing that might of interest when considering this pen, is that it's of matt silver finish, so it's not going to shine a lot, but it's nonetheless a very beautiful pen.The only bad thing I've noticed, is that it has a very small engraving on it, which looked like as if it was scratched, when I saw it the first time. Upon closer inspection with a magnifier, I discovered that it's actually an engraving, I can't quite see it clearly enough though. It starts with a symbol that looks like a M, then the number 925, which I suppose means 925 25 sterling silver. Then under these, another small symbol.Anyway the engraving is very small, so not really noticeable, if one's not like me. Who likes to inspect and admire pens a lot, when not writing with it. So I recommend this pen to anyone that'd like to own a classy sterling silver pen!

Really nice pen
I had been looking to buy a nice ballpoint pen for a while and had been putting it off due to the price and the 'investment'. A friend lent a Parker Sonnet slim to me for a couple of days and it fitted nicely in my hand. I then saw the Silver Cisele pen on the Amazon website and after a few days decided to purchase. I am really pleased. It feels nice to write with and looks good. This will last me for years to come (assuming I do not lose it!).

A great gift
A very beautiful, elegant pen. I purchased as a gift for a friend, and she loved it. It writes well and the pen itself is neither too thick nor too thin (both of which I don't like). The rose gold colouring made it unique and added a slightly more feminine touch. It was expensive, but the biggest downside was that there was no option of engraving :(

Aesthetically beautiful and a delight to write with.
It's a Parker Sonnet; what more can one say. It has excellent balance, and is a total pleasure to hold and write with. The aesthetic elegance and charm of this pen has that certain look of discernment and 'professionalism' about it, in fact it has prompted many admiring looks and comments.I own a couple of Sheaffer pens, but I have found that I now use this Parker Sonnet more often than either of my Sheaffers.

Silver Sonnet Ball Pen
Nicely balanced and very good looking pen. The finish provides a very good grip when writing compared to the satin finish on steel bodied models. The hall mark is concealed in amongst the milling work on the mid upper body of the pen opposite the clip if you can't find it. You will need a magnifying glass to see it clearly. French 925 mark with PW in a diamond below.

Great for a gift
Purchased as a gift and a very nice pen for the money especially with the gold trim. Was a bit concerned with other reviewers suggesting it may not be well made but appears all in order so far and with Parker being a respected name I am happy with it.
