Jabra BT125 Bluetooth Headset , Black

The Jabra BT125 is a pretty good headset but the damn thing blinks all the time and drives me crazy. The blinking is distracting to everyone around me and very distracting to me when it is dark (rooms or nights). That blue light bounces off of everything. I look like some kind of a lighthouse. Who ever thought that it has to blink, for whatever reason they had for the blinking blink, they obviously didn't think that I would have pull it off to check it(at least in the light). Other than that it works OK.

I have purchase 4 BT 125 because the conection is good. However, they all brake earhook in the same place to often. That makes the product useless since the company does not provide or sells the replacement hook. To me the product is defective since it brakes on the same place every time no matter who uses it. Furthermore, If you want to buy the replacement earhook the Jabra company does not have it and if you find it, cost almost the same as buying a new and complete BT 125. I want all to be aware of that fact. Is there anything that you can do to make the Jabra Company supply the earhooks?? They shoud be penalize for supplyng a defective product.

The shape of the hard plastic ear hook was designed to cause pain - note the 2 hard plastic jagged corners turned towards your ear while the rounded portion faces up and away from any skin that it could interfere with harming. My second complaint would be that you must hold it against your ear to be able to hear anything thus defeating the point of a "hands free" headset. The price is good and if you wear it in silent places where you stand a chance of hearing through it then it's almost usable but I've gotten Motorola 500 headsets for about the same price on Amazon and they work much better and are comfortable as opposed to painful.

I love this ear piece. While it doesn't have a huge range, the charge seems to last forever (reality 4-6hrs of talk time). I have small ears and can never seem to find ear buds, or ear pieces that fit, even some where the head set offers interchangeable sizes for that not so perfect fit. This one allows you to bend the ear piece so it fits your ear, big or small. It is also interchangeable to use on either ear. If you're like me and can't ever seem to find a blue tooth ear piece that fits comfortably, you will love this one!! A must have!!

I have 2 PlayStation 3 (60GB) and was using with limited success a PlayStation 3 Logitech Vantage USB Headset . My first Blu-Tooth for the PS3 I tried was the Motorola H300 - Headset ( over-the-ear ) - wireless - Bluetooth , a most uncomfortable torture device that no one could hear me with. I decided to try the Jabra which Sony had shipped with one of its games. It fits and works GREAT! Very adjustable and soft. No problems synching or having to resynch like other headsets. I can hear everyone and everyone can hear me. The only thing is that the charge probably lasts 5 hours on the PS3, so I bought a second. I have been using them for a few months, still working great. EDIT: The ear clip has broken. Now, I have 2 that of these that I rotate on the charger and have not used them hardly at all for months so be aware of this issue with even light use. You can find clips but they are relatively expensive. I found 2 clips and they were almost half the price of this Bluetooth new. Also, when I contacted support at Jabra I got no reply so be aware of Jabra's customer "support".
