Hello I wanted to take a moment and appreciate an employee at Perflex named John. His been the best help I’ve ever experienced in a customer service area. I bought my storage unit back in 2024 and after good use some of the locks broke on one side making the unit open up with the wind I had to use a racket to keep it closed till I got back home. I emailed the company and John replied with the pictures I provided and sent me the replacing let’s at NO CHARGE with step by step instructions. Unit is back to new locking and secured again. I was really disappointed with this rooftop cargo box. It looks nice and has good potential, but mine arrived missing several rivets on the hinges, which made it impossible to use as-is. I had to buy my own nuts and bolts just to make it functional. For something this large and expensive, it should come complete and ready to install. Quality control clearly needs improvement — not worth the hassle. Honestly, I would return it if it weren’t so big and such a hassle to ship back. Disappointed overall.

Great cargo box for the price. Fits well on my 2017 MDX, though on the back it does touch the radio antenna. Just took in on a 12 hour road trip with no issues. Noise levels were low. Liked the duel side opening. Storage capacity is ample, was able to get a few carry on size suitcases in there. Would recommend 👌
