Hiplok D Wearable Bicycle D/U Lock

Strong, simple, all 3 keys, great on the hip of your belt or deniem, the prongs are great, not going to be for all bikes as its a small lock so bare that in mind, also some bike parking spots have thick metal so its not idea for all spot. Still for a small fuctional lock its mobile not to heavy, strong and has a good anti theft property to it because it small and awkward to cut without thiefs chopping fingers or cutting the frame.

This is a very nice 'little' D Lock with a built in carry feature, it also has a reassuring weight and quality construction without being too heavy to actually carry. I would say it's useful for securely locking your frame to something for quick stops, as unfortunately it's not big enough to secure a frame and rear wheel to anything useful, unless you have an incredibly thin frame and rear wheel. I suppose you could add a 4ft security cable to tether the wheels, but then you would have to carry that as well, or carry two of these maybe? Recommended for it's intended purpose, just don't try to use it as a single lock solution for long term security in a crime ridden neighbourhood.

So loads of other reviews said this but I felt it was just back luck - but no. This turned up no keys - HOW? So I have triggered a return and awaiting another delivered today. I just hope this does not happen with the replacement! UPDATE - Seems this is an Amazon issue. The new Lock turned up and while the keys were present, they were loose in the clear bag and that was not sealed so I can see how this has happened. . . . Shame! But the lock is epic!

Reasonably inexpesive, easy to use, excellent customer service and warranty, seems like I was more than right to follow the recommendations I found on Reddit and I urge you to do the same. After all, you can return it if you feel like it's not what you thought it was but I'm sure you won't. It's just an amazing lock and gives me that peace of mind leaving my property behind somewhere.

Great bicycle lock, very handy size and solid. No problem to carry it daily. Very happy with it!

I caught this one at £22 plus a reasonable postage charge, and at that price I like it a lot. It's a stylish design (much better looking than many D-locks) that has a Sold Secure Silver rating. I probably won't use the belt/pocket clip, but that seems to work quite well and I could see it would be useful if you're not using panniers. As others have said, it's pretty small. The maximum diameter of whatever you're locking it to is 65 mm, but that doesn't leave a lot of room for the bike tube, especially if you have a fat aluminium or carbon frame. It works best with a small-diameter bike rack at the same height as your top tube, or perhaps a vertical steel bar – a fence support, say – to which you can lock your chainstay and rear wheel. It doesn't work well with street signs or parking meters. I was surprised at the weight: it seems heavier than my ancient Citadel D-lock, which has a much bigger span. But assuming that means more steel in the right places, I'm not complaining. The keys (3) are also fairly massive.

Great slim profile and sits comfortably on the back or hip on my belt or pants. Just an easy to use u-lock that seems really well made. This is pretty small, good for a steel frame fixie and my smaller e-bike, but would struggle with a mountain bike size frame. Highly recommended.

Never received an item in a state like this. The lock seems used and the key is missing.

Nel complesso il lucchetto é perfetto e solido e il meccanismo di chiusura sembra affidabile. Presenta 2 piccoli graffi dovuti probabilmente al trasporto in quanto nella stessa confezione era presente un secondo lucchetto e i due articoli si saranno urtati. Niente che ne comprometta l'utilizzo. Risulta essere troppo piccolo per la mia bici, é quasi impossibile fissare ruota e telaio, sto quindi valutando la restituzione.
