Too expensive
I have two large dogs. They love the beef and the chicken thighs, but it is soooo expensive that they only get it as a top dressing to their dry food.

My Akita loves this brand
A breeder recommended Merrick products to me years ago to maintain the health and coat of my Akita. Maximus loves this brand and eats it daily. I have this item on automatic monthly delivery.

Woof = Good
When they ask about flavor I didn't try it. Merrick is a very good brand. Dogs can smell it and that's when all hell breaks loose. Its Daytona all over. Dogs keep running around sofa circle until food placed in bowls and served. I mostly buy Merrick. Getting expensive. But what isn't?

Disgusting!
I have never reviewed anything in my life. I am 54 years old and this will be my first. This dog food is disgusting. My dog refused to eat it; and he eats ANYTHING. The smell activated my gag reflex (and his).The texture is NOTHING like the picture on the label. I bought a case and threw it away. Do NOT buy this.

Great Dogfood But Now Too Expensive For Us
We've been buying this brand for years, and combining it with 1/2 cup kibble every day, but the price has recently jumped so high, that we can no longer afford it. We're looking for other canned options, or maybe just sticking with kibble.

Been a regular MERRICK customer for a decade or more , learning they were sold to Purina was the final blow :(Last order : Two cans of the lamb recipe contents of the 12 pack were dry , no sauce , just chunks of shriveled … anything sold to purina is going down hill.. moving to FROMM :( heart broken
