Product is danger
I had a terrible experience with this product. First of all, there was no installation support provided even though it is a heavy electrical appliance. Within a short time of using it, the product caught fire from the side panel, which could have led to a serious accident. This shows very poor quality and safety standards. The service support is also pathetic – no proper response, no guidance, nothing. I strongly warn others: do not buy this product. It’s unsafe, unreliable, and the company provides zero after-sales support.

A good purchase
Very nice and very useful, specially in my case where I have 100s of Kis of chicken going and coming. Chills and freezes very quick. Couple of hours of freezer and then fridge mode rest of the day does the job for me

Stopped freezing after 2 months!!!
i am very upset, i have a deep freezer filled with frozen meats and its only been 2 months and the chest freezer is not freezing despite i have set it to max freeze setting 8. All my supplies have defrosted and wasted. i have registered a complaint today and im waiting to see how long it takes for someone to reply and resolve this problem.
