I've been using this product for over a month, and I would say that I enjoy it and it feels like it gives my forearms, wrists and biceps a pretty decent workout. So far, I have been using two 10 lb weights (20lbs total) and that provides a good workout, but you have to be real careful to not let the weights drop down and hit your feet. Especially if you have Sasquatch sized feet like I have been accused of having. :-)

I like the grips on this. They are rubberlike material that really helps you keep a good grip on the bar. Getting weight on and off is easy. The burn and pump I get on my forearms is fantastic. I am glad I bought it. In 2 weeks I can see a difference in how my forearms look. They are more detailed and look strong.

Purchased for my son for the holidays. As a former bodybuilder myself, I understand needing proper equipment to develop certain areas. The forearms are often neglected. This is sturdy and you can adjust the weight easily. The grips are nice and prevent your hands from slipping.

This targets the forearm muscles very well . Be sure to alternate winding it up using an upward twisting motion, and winding up using a downward twisting motion. I really love the grip on this arm blaster. Great $20 investment.
