Bob's Red Mill Protein Pancake, 14oz (Pack of 1) - Non GMO, Kosher

Great macros for someone who needs a lot of protein, minimal saturated fat, and moderate carbs. The only baddish macro is sodium (but I’m also highly sensitive to sodium, so that may be a me problem). I am someone trying to rebalance my weight while being mindful of a sustainable way to keep hunger at bay. This fits the bill—I’ll have two servings and put it in the microwave—I also hate to cook/do dishes. After two minutes, it’s ready and I put on some sugar free syrup. Hunger is gone for quite awhile and my mind is fed. Win win.

My family eats these pancakes for breakfast every morning, they are low on sugar and taste good even without syrup or adds on.

I like this healthier option with added protein. It's not as tasty as regular mix but you can certainly make it better. I used vanilla almond milk and cinnamon - turned out delicious. Four stars because it's pretty pricey. Healthier options shouldn't hurt your wallet.

There’s nothing to dislike about this product’s taste or ease of prep. The only issue is they are a little pricey for the amount of mix you get. It is expensive to eat healthy.

Tastes great and love the protein amount! Not a very big bag but now I know it’s great may buy larger if they have it. I put some pumpkin pie spice mix from McCormick in it as flavor is very basic, and one time a handful of brown sugar which was nice too. Will be buying again.

Good mix for diabetics.
