Works amazing
I've been using the buzzing led bug zapper for a few weeks now (during our camping season, and it's been a game changer. The setup was simple—just plug it in and it's ready to go. Its UV light effectively attracts mosquitoes, flies, and other pesky insects, making my evenings outside much more enjoyable. The coverage area is impressive, easily handling my medium-sized area. One standout feature is how quiet it operates, with only the occasional zapping sound when it catches an insect. It’s built with durable materials that seem weather-resistant. The only minor downside is that it works best in darker environments, but that's typical for UV zappers. Overall, I highly recommend the buzbug for anyone looking to reduce bug problems efficiently and effortlessly.

A Must Buy Bugzapper light that Works
I have had this for a year and use it indoor for the flies and various insects that come in the house. It works great! In the spring/summer we get these "flying ant" things that love to go the the light (in more than one way haha). It quickly zaps anything that gets close. Its a great design since most of the dead bugs fall into the tray so its easy to clean. We are so used to hearing it pop that when company comes over they jump when they hear the zap. That makes it fun to use We have had a lot of rain and a bumper crop of mosquitos this year so I purchased the scent attractant for mosquitos to hang on the light. The interesting thing is I know that they are getting zapped but can't find the small bugs as it literally blows them apart. The only other thing that happened is a moth got trapped and it kept zapping so had to unplug (no on-off button) and cleaned it out with a small paintbrush. This model is excellent and it has LED lights so low energy consumption as well.

Effective bug control - works great indoors and outdoors
This Buzbug LED bug zapper has been excellent for keeping flying insects under control around my campsite and at home. The UV light attracts bugs effectively, and the zapper does its job efficiently. I've noticed a significant reduction in mosquitoes, gnats, and other annoying flying insects since using it. The LED lamps with up to 50,000 hours lifespan is a huge advantage—no constantly replacing bulbs like traditional zappers. The light is bright enough to attract bugs from a good distance but not so bright that it's obnoxious at night. It's quiet in operation with just the occasional satisfying zap when it gets something. Build quality is solid with a protective grid that keeps fingers and larger objects safely away from the electric elements. It's weatherproof enough for outdoor use and has held up great through rain and humidity. Easy to clean out the collection tray when needed. Works equally well indoors in the garage or outdoors on the patio or at the campsite. The coverage area is impressive for the size. It's become essential gear for comfortable outdoor evenings without constant bug harassment. Effective, durable, and long-lasting. Great investment for bug control. Highly recommend!

If you plug it, they will come!
Much lighter than I expected. Keeps working all week long. Easy enough to clean. Cord could be a little longer, but it was pretty easy to get zapping. First use it was popping mosquitos constantly for hours. Draws them in pretty easily and keeps a good radius clear. Great value product.

It really works!!!
Wish I would have trusted this technology long ago. I thought it was a scam, but it actually works, and it is poison-free. In an area of my yard that always attracts mosquitoes, this device keeps it clear. Just amazing. I am going to buy more, across time, to position in different areas of my jungle-like yard.

Excellent customer service
It's a fine product, though a bit loud for indoors but I got used to it pretty quickly. I especially want to praise their customer service, which is top of the line. The bulb for some reason had stopped lighting up on its bottom half, though the zapper still worked on bugs (the electrified metal bars around the bulb are what does that). I was concerned about the bulb, though, after only a little over a year...so reached out. They wrote me back immediately and apologized and very, very nicely offered some suggestions to try in terms of cleaning it, just to try to see if it worked. At that time they said that they would do whatever it took to make it right. When that didn't work on the bulb, I let them know as they asked, and within a few days I had a complete new unit. Very impressive. An extra, kind of cool thing: the light works like a black light on light colored objects. I'd think with children, and well, with adults too, that is kind of fun. Just don't look right at the bulb itself.

A bug serial killer's best friend.
Works very well as evidenced by the satisfying sound of bugs dying on a regular basis and far fewer bugs noticed flying around the house. Occasionally we got a fly that took the better part of a day to figure out that it wanted that pretty light, but they all, eventually, couldn't resist.

Capable Bug Zapper, with a not quite generous enough power cord…
This is a good affordable bug zapper. Works well with any bird feeder style free standing yard pole or can be suspended from above. This zapper makes no sound and is not overly bright at night. One can audibly tell when the larger bugs fall victim to its allure. There’s a generous cage on the outside to protect children or your fingers. This works well with the little insect pheromone baggies attached to this cage (sold separately). My only complaint about this particular unit is the length of the power cord. Since the applications for this are outdoors, a more durable and predictably generous cord length would make this product far more attractive for the price point. Otherwise it’s great! It’s not trying to be anything more than it is - a simple bug zapper like your grandpappy used to have on his porch…
