Starts loud but then volume control takes over, beautiful and once you learn how to line up the magnetic bed, you're golden. Awesome product

Poor quality
The speaker makes a loud ticking noise even when it is connected to nothing. It sounds like chewing nuts which is quite scary at night. And the floating piece keeps falling off. Sometimes it can stay above a few days but can hold just a few hours on many other moments. Because of the surging voltage? No clue. Terrible experience.

It looks so cool
The media could not be loaded. Looks like an object from the future. Everyone who saw this at my house asked me did I got this from. It literally levitates, The futuristic look. The sound in the video is actually coming from this Bluetooth speaker.

Getting the ball to actually levitate is frustrating as all get out!!!
So the whole concept is great but seriously how in the world do get that dang ball to levitate? I didn't brush up on wizardry skills so it ain't gonna float that way. Ok but yea, does anyone have any advice how to get the ball to stay? The force pushes it right off the stand, and I am not-"Not mechanically inclined" because I actually do well with that area. My son bought this with his honor roll money.....he has yet to have used it. Help please
