Eucalyptus Essential Oil

I chose this brand due to good price (Globulus eucalyptus oil £8.88 on Amazon, as of April 2025), & Lisa Barber's review on Amazon for the chamomile version. Recieved it yesterday & used it immediately for a steam bath initially, inhaled for a phlegm cough. Good effect, much less coughing when I lay down to sleep, & seemed to reduce irritation in the throat. No chemical smell to the eucalyptus oil, seems to be a pure, clean, & quality product distilled from steamed eucalyptus leaves. Then I used it in an aromatherapy oil burner & felt the continued therapeutic effects over a 4 hour period, as well as making the room smell pleasant. On both uses, the oil smelt clean & energising The manufacturer/ Hiqili brand from China pride themsleves on shouldering responsibility for their customers health. They packaged the product well. The bottle was double sealed with a stopper inder the cap & film seal covering & sealing the cap & top of the bottle. It came with a seperated dropper unit, enclosed in a foam protector. AND they also supplied an extra 10 ml bottle with a mini dropper so you can decant from the 100 ml bottle. Both bottles were amber coloured glass with a 2 year use-by date left to run. I have been impressed by this purchase & the thoughtfulness of the included items in the packaging, while they also came in well below the price of all similar premium products & local offerings at the time. Well done, Hiqili!! I appreciate the care & effort you put into the quality, presentation, & the considerate included extras, & will definitely be keeping an eye out for your products above my usual brand choice due to this purchase. Panda bears may like a nibble on eucalyptus, Koalas definitely like it more, & I love it too!! Thanks.

Good. Smells great used in my diffuser.

Love the little bottle that comes with it great to take away with me in my toilet bag. The pippet isn’t the best doesn’t draw much liquid up - could be it not got a proper seal. My only gripe for not giving it 5stars is that the fragrance doesn’t last long I put it in one of my radiator humidifiers and the smell was gone within a couple of hours unlike some other oils I’ve used that have lasted much longer. Also had some on a hanky next to bed and smell didn’t last until morning. As I use these types of fragrances more at this time of the year to help with colds and being able to breathe better at night as air in the house can be drier what with the heating on.

I was a bit dubious about a quality product at this price – but it seems very good. I’ve used it for aromatherapy to clear up a groggy cold. Seem to do the trick pretty well. Comes with a calibrated dropper. Useful. And recommend for those on a budget, especially.

This is a large bottle of eucalyptus oil for a very reasonable price. I was sceptical it may smell synthetic but was pleasantly surprised by both the strength of smell and how natural it smells. It is a large, robust bottle with a large pipette and you also get a small glass bottle and small pipette for taking a smaller amount away when traveling which is a lovely addition. The price was extremely reasonable for its size and means I can use it daily without worrying about how much I’m using. I’ve also found wiping the pipette on a tissue/handkerchief to clean it makes a lovely smelling handbag tissue. 5 well deserved stars.

I love eucalyptus and bought this for use in my diffuser. 5-6 drops in the tank and, at first, the aroma fills the air. However, after about 1/2 hour, the scent fades, then eventually vaporises and goes. My diffuser can last over 7 hours so I was very disappointed with this product. Maybe I should keep topping up the tank but I've never had to do this with other essential oils before. Just a shame, as, at the beginning, the smell was lovely.

Exceptional value. I was delighted with package as it included a good sized amber glass dropper bottle to decant for convenience.

Very good value large bottle with pipette which included a small "travel" bottle with its own pipette. This is very handy as I use it when I go swimming and I use it in the steam room. Certainly recommend.
