We Liked this Microwave so Much That we Bought a Second One
This microwave has many nice features. It is a large, carousel microwave with a clean appearance for the kitchen. It has multiple entry-speed buttons that save in cook-start time, and it is easy to set the clock. The interior is a glossy dark-gray that is very easy to clean (my favorite feature!). It buzzes five times when done, taking the guess work out of the "did the microwave go off?" question. My only complaint is the design of the turntable. Bubbles in the bottom of the glass are what connects it to the turnstile. If the food is off-center, the bubbles will sometimes slip and make noise. A minor complaint compared to the good points of this Microwave.

Sharp is sharp!
I got lucky with my first microwave, back during the Lincoln Administration...it was a Sharp. Have only ordered them since. This is a great little machine for all the usual nuking chores. Very reasonably priced, quiet operation (as microwaves go) and does NOT continue to beep repeatedly until you finally get over to it after you've washed the cookie dough/ meatball mix / egg wash off your hands. Looks tidy and doesn't take up a lot of counter space. Buy with confidence!

Great, now that I have a working one!
I bought this microwave as a replacement for my 20+ year old Sharp microwave. If still worked, but the paint had bubbled on the inside, which causes some smoking when used and therefore safety concerns. I was so happy with my Sharp, I decided to go back to them, even though new ones are three times the price I paid for my old one.The first one delivered was DOA. I plugged it in and it did absolutely nothing. I was concerned that maybe I had made a very expensive mistake, but Amazon quickly sent a new one, which worked perfectly.Things I like - the control panel being black will hopefully mean it doesn’t discolor, like my old one (which was white) did. The inside being a dark color also should help hide the stay splatters (though I did buy a cover this time around!). My old one was white inside and showed everything, and stained from tomato spatters in a few places. The carousel works just like my old one, which is great for even heating. It’s 1100 watts, so it heats things in a the time listed on the package, and is typically heated evenly. In cooking times, it seems to be right on with my previous Sharp. I also like the +30 second option with the start button to go just a little longer without having to wait for the cooking cycle to stop.Things I don’t love (but aren’t dealbreakers) - instead of just punching in the desired time and hitting start, I have to hit the Time Cook button, then enter my time, then start. If you just start trying to enter a time, it starts running the auto preset times associated with the first button you hit (1 for 1 minute, 2 for 2 minutes, etc). I know, it’s only one extra button to press, but after 20+ years with my previous microwave, I’m just not used to it. The preset buttons probably are handy, but I don’t find myself just setting even times - usually I do 45 seconds, or 1:30, rather than 1 minute or 2 minutes. I don’t think the beeps indicating the end of the cooking cycle are as loud as my old one. This is 3 short beeps compared to the one long one my old microwave had. If I’m down the hallway in my office and heating up my lunch n the kitchen, I often can’t hear the beeps to tell me it’s done. My house is under 1000 sqft, so that shouldn’t be. Not entirely sure if that’s an issue with the microwave or my hearing, but my old one was not missed. And, as you can see from my pic, the black glass in the front shows EVERYTHING. I just wiped it down 5 minutes before the picture, and you can see every streak. (The protective film is off on the door, I just left it on the control panel.) I find myself wiping the front down every single day, even if the microwave wasn’t used. Previous one was in the same place, but had a lighter, more translucent front, and I did not notice all these little smears and spots. If you’re looking to buy a new microwave, I do recommend this one, though the first being DOA did give me some worries. It’s easy to use without reading the manual, nice looking, and cooks well. If you’re looking to replace an old Sharp you’ve had for over 20 years, you might me a smidgeon disappointed that this one isn’t exactly the same. It seems to heat as well, but we’ll see if it lasts anywhere near as long as its predecessor! 🤞

Great little cheap microwave
If you’re looking for small and inexpensive, this one fits the bill. Have had this guy for about 3 months now and it handles the abuse my household dishes out. Obviously not going to be a long-lasting piece for the kitchen but we needed something temporary for a couple of years only. This is working nicely for that but will probably not last much longer than that.

Heats quickly and I really like the reheat and popcorn options
This microwave is a much newer version of the Sharp built in that we have been using in our home since it was built over 25 years ago. Yes, after 25 years of home use, our Sharp Microwave / Convection Oven still works like new. Okay, the old LED display might be a little dimmer;)I bought this Sharp Microwave to replace a low wattage and tiny microwave that came with our new boat. What a difference going from a 750 watt to this full featured 1100/1200W Sharp Microwave. It heats quickly and I really like the reheat and popcorn options.

Great Microwave!
We bought the same model circa 2007 and it just died after 14 years of use! Looked at reviews of many new microwaves that did fancy stuff like air fry and came back to the model that worked so well for so long. The new one heats a little more quickly and has more quick start buttons. The buttons are a bit brighter looking so easier to use without glasses on! If it lasts as long as the last one, we will be well pleased.
