I absolutely love this heating pad. It get so hot i would suggest not wearing it directly on skin and the vibrations are awesome. I know its for the stomach but I use it on my neck, lower back and have even used it on the back of my shoulder. When fully charged it last for a full 8 hour shift, if course you have to keep turning it back on, like every 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend

I have an electric pad that is much larger so it’s a lot more cozy and targets more areas, but this one is great because I can walk around without being plugged in. The charge isn’t too bad, takes a while to fully charge but it holds its charge. Gets very hot if you need it or lower the temp for a comfortable wear.

I bought this for lower back pain I get as a nurse. Everybody at work ends up borrowing it all the time. I have sent several of them to get their own lol. Love this item! The high heat is definitely high and I like it that way!

The product charged and functioned as described. It has 3 levels of heat and 3 levels of vibration or massage. I've only used level 1 of heat and it does get quite hot, so use it over clothes. I will say turn it off after like 5-10 minutes to let the heated area cool a bit.It doesn't get hot enough to burn but hot enough to let you know it's there; and to ease those achy areas.I usually have it settled on the cramping area of my abdomen that hurts the most and it definitely helps ease it. I alternate every 5-10 minutes turning it on and off, when needed.It's rechargeable and took about 2 hrs or so to fully charge out of the box, like the pamphlet says it will have lights rotating on its face plate while charging and it will stop when it's done.I can walk with it on and also lounge around so it's very convenient and gives comfort while allowing functionality through the day when I use it. (Which is only when needed)The buckle is kinda difficult to unlatch, at least for me, so I measured out the strap and loosened it enough to keep it the same size as my waist and I just slip it on my abdomen like I'm putting on a pair of pants. Just so I don't have to keep fighting with the buckle.Even so, it does its job well so I think it's still worth a shot, if not for the ingenuity of the product than for its functionality.

Love this heating pad for cramps so much. It gets extremely hot and I like how you can clip it to stay where you want it. It does lose charge rather fast but I don’t mind because it charges back up and it gets so warm.

I'm sorry i want to give it a higher rating. The idea for this product is amazing but I don't think it's as helpful as just using a TENS machine. Which is what I use for my period. I have endometriosis, so my cramps are really bad. The vibration is high enough to block out my pain. As well as the product isn't thin enough to be able to wear it with anything. I also feel that if you are a heavier person. This would be uncomfortable to wear. Due to your belly lays on top of it
