This is so very effective and really good for the price. Doesn’t require much sun and the patterns shows in dim light. It doesn’t even need complete darkness!I recommend

The lantern itself is very pretty and arrived well packaged, charged and working. I cannot comment on battery life or how easily it charges as have only just bought it. The shepherds crook pole that comes with it was a bit disappointing, the head of the crook wont screw onto the rest of the pole so that part of the product is unusable. I'm not too bothered about this though as I can still hang it or put it on a table top.

Fab lanterns. So pretty.

I bought the same one of this 2 years ago, and even when it was cloudy it would stay lit until about 2ish, but when it was sunny it would be lit until gone 5 in the morning. I’ve got cameras all around my home so when I check them in the morning i can see it lit up till it gets light outside. I bought a new one because my old one was rusty, but this one is rubbish, even with plenty of sun it’s gone off before 12am. I’m devastated because I love my lights outside and I hate the dark nights coming in but that was all I was looking forward to when I’m walking home from work in the dark was seeing all my lights lit up. And this is not the only ones I’ve replaced that are also rubbish. Totally gutted 😥. Don’t waste your money.

My friend sent me a photo of hers and I had to have them xThey are sturdy with there own hook and easy to assemble good value fast deliveryI would definitely bring them in over winter. As a further precaution you can easily take solar panel off , I am going to spray the canister with some spray varnish to protect the metal I’m very pleased with the light from these.

Love these solar lights - best I've ever bought by far! Put my other "regular" solar lights to shame!Once it's really dark (which is not until late at the moment) they create a gorgeous pattern in a circle around them.Will get more in the future (just moved house to a lovely old flint cottage and I wanted solar ĺights to lighs along the path to front door
