My soundbar system had a weak sounding treble and it would not adjust louder. I replaced the optical cable provided with the syncwire cable and the treble was boosted up. I then lowered the already rich bass a little and now I have an even sound. The cable is quality made (twice as thick) and the connectors are beefy and yet they fit. The cable has a quality look and feel. It's a value for the money. The plastic see through covers on the connectors offer protection and are tethered to the cable so you can cover them again if it's necessary.

So.. you want to buy an optical cable. You think oh it's no big deal, just another cable. This would normally be true but optical cables are peculiar. The number one problem is that they don't always fit and can fall out of the device you plug it in. You can read about it in reviews of other cables or online. I bought a optical cable for 15 dollars, name brand, Phillips and it had this problem. It would fall out of what I plugged it in and i couldn't use it. 1. This optical cable works, it fits snugly in what you plug it in. 2. Sound is fine. 3. It is higher quality than other cables. Other cables are very thin, this has multiple layers of shielding. Also if you register it you get a 2 year warranty.

Well okay this optical cable sounds better and Fuller than the original one that came with the digital to analog converter I bought this extra cable for another television when I get the digital converter the cable will already be here but I didn't check the cable when I got it so I decided to check it I took the original cable off the converter and changed it with this one put on some music from a movie notice my clip meters that's on the EQ they were kind of brighter and the sound was a little bit better than the first time I heard it with the original cable I got these clip lights on my EQ and I noticed that they were a little bit brighter but I wanted to make sure so I took the new cable off and put the old cable back on look at the lights with the music playing from the movie and it was dimmer so I changed it again put the new wire back on play the same movie with the music the clip license is bright again so I said this cable is making a difference so I decided to keep this cable for this TV and this surround sound system that I have here and I will get another one of these cables for the other TV surround sound system that I'm putting together but since the sound change with this cable I decided to change all the wires that's connected up to the digital to analog converter box and preamp and EQ and put cable wires that I had from another DJ system that I wasn't using and there is a big difference so for now on I'm going to buy some more wires for my surround sound systems but this optical cable here is the best so I think if you have a skinny optical cable on your converter or in your Optical digital port on your television stereo system or gaming system go out and get this type of cable matter of fact get this cable this cable sounds really great I'm glad I got it and for the price it's worth it not too high 10 bucks but it's worth it it does make it sound better I'm going out to get another one and probably another one after that one these cables seem to be good sounds great go get one and try it for yourself you will be impressed I know I am it's the best!

A few months out, I’ve been impressed with the quality, performance and durability. Even little things, like an attached tip cover proved helpful. I’ve bought a few and use them in pro audio applications without worry. Recommended.

I needed new Toslink cables to reconfigure an optical audio patchbay in my studio, so looked around for a couple of days reading specs of the various cabling generally available. Specs were audio quality, cable build quality and of course price points... in that order. These cables made the 'short list' for purchase due to the price (obviously) and the perceived quality from the description and product images. Ultimately, I purchased these cables with the mindset that these were well constructed at a very good price point... only question would be the audio quality for obvious reasons until I could actually test and listen for myself... And they did NOT disappoint - hence the 5 star rating. Upon receipt and unpackaging, it was apparent right away they were robust with nice fitting connectors. The 'rubberized' cable outer jacket is extremely rugged and should last the test of time. They're also easy to work with, not too stiff as to present issues when using cable management accessories. The audio... when testing it was stellar with extremely LOW latency, exactly what I was after. Verdict for me, these check ALL the boxes on my requirements list and I'm sure they'll work for anyone doing audio and/or video work. Great 'Bang for the Buck' factor and I'm glad I found them... as I'll be purchasing 6-12 more in the near term future.

Well-made product that works well at a good price

Didn't realize that I need a different cable than the one provided but this cable is just the job. No messing about plugged into TV and soundbar then just change the settings on the TV. Also very good quality on the make etc.

今回、３メートルの物を購入しましたがオプティカルケーブルと思えない程のしなやかさと柔軟性があります。 これまでに多くのオプティカルケーブルを使ってきましたがこれほどしなやかな物は初めてでした。 通常のオプティカルケーブルだと、プラスティックの細い棒みたいな感じで反発性が強く、曲げると折れてしまいそうな感じですがこのオプティカルケーブルはコマの紐の様なしなやかさがあり取り回しの自由度が大変高いと思いました。ケーブルの太さは３Ｃ同軸ケーブルより少し細い感じとオプティカルケーブルとしてはかなり太いですが柔軟性は非常に高いと思います。 耐久性については使い始めたばかりなのでこれからに期待です。

Snel binnen, voelt degelijk en robust. Helaas niet het gewesten resultaat. Audio is nog steeds sneller dan het beeld. Maar ligt niet aan de kabel.
