Through naivety, I was in the habit of buying the cheaper, low-volume version of this cartridge for my printer. With average usage, it lasted hardly any time at all. I discovered the high-volume version back in April, 2011 and purchased it. That cartridge has just run out of toner today, almost two years later, so it has been fantastic value for money.Even better value, as the price is now £86.00, which is £18.00 cheaper than I paid in April 2011.So don't waste your money on the low-volume cartridge... buy the high-volume version instead. It may be more of an initial outlay, but you will definitely save money in the long term.Not all toner cartridge owners may be aware that you can extend the life of your cartridge by an extra few months as follows. Whenever your printer shows signs of running out of toner, remove the cartridge and tap it on a hard surface to dislodge the toner inside. Give the cartridge a couple of shakes to disperse the toner, then place it back in the printer. Do this repeatedly, over the following weeks, as required. My latest cartridge began to run out at Christmas, and I squeezed an extra two months of printing from it using the above method.

Excellent toner cartridge. It arrived promptly and in good condition. I am currently using the toner and the print is very clear and of good quality. I am pleased with my purchase and fully intend buying again.

I brought this product in June 2012, but didn't use it till beginning of December. However, it was faulty - nothing to do with the supplier I might add. I contacted Amazon at 20:55 hrs who sent details of how to contact the third party supplier. By the 21.24 the supplier had replied stating that they would send a replacement. It arrived today, just 1.5 days later - no quibbles, no need to return faulty product - absolutely fantastic service. I will definitely be using this supplier again - and they are cheaper than most.

The original is definitely the best when it comes to LaserJet cartridges and at this price it is the best option. Quick delivery and a great product. From my view the imitations are just a false economy.

Junk. Does not work properly. Prints ghost images on every page. Vendor would not accept return.

Excellent product. Lasts about 3 times longer than imitation brands. Highly recommended!(For all my inks, both laser and inkjet, I am done with fake brands. You want your machine to last. Fake inks kill machines - I watched 3 die like that.)

We have a HP2015d at home and always buy our replacement cartridges through Amazon where we always get a good deal. The cartridges usually last longer than the adertised number of pages as we print in save toner mode. The nice thing is we can send off to HP our empty cartridges for recycling.

The toner works great and the cartridge is easy to swap out. I like the fact HP has a return/recycle feature.
