Liquid Ionic Selenium
Very very good quality stuff, works efficiently to remove excess fluid in the body and reduce bloating. Easy to use in water and juice. There is no taste to it! Very pleased with this product and will buy again.

Selenium as a companion to iodine supplement
I like that this product is Pico ionic and goes straight into my system. I’m taking lugols iodine for various complaints and it’s important to take selenium along with iodine

Supposed to use lid to measure but has cardboard glued inside
According to the instructions you are supposed to use lid to measure but the lid has cardboard glued inside which obviously deteriorates over time but didn't come out cleanly either, leaving residue stuck to lid. Very poorly thought through!
