Amazing, a necessity for Migraines
My absolute go-to for migraines. Ice packs only last 30 mins and these last for hours. Easy to use, great size, stay in place, no residue. No unpleasant smell. I tried another brand and it had a smell I really didn't like. I even keep some at work. Worth the money.

Falls off all the time, active cooling doesn't last very long
Unless you're planning on lying down right when you put this on, it's going to fall off of your forehead. A lot. I use this when I get bad migraines, especially when I am still trying to function and just need something to help dial down the pain for a bit.So I'll be walking around the apartment, or sitting at my desk, with the patch on... and it falls off after only being on my forehead for maybe 15 minutes.Another main issue is that they don't actually feel cool at all after a few minutes. Perhaps this is because my forehead cools very quickly, but it seems to me that most of the cooling factor leaves quite quickly. If I take off the patch and put it back on later (maybe 30 minutes) it feels a bit cooler. I am fairly certain that this is due to my patch warming up rather than myself cooling down, because if I open another patch (which I have before on bad headache days), it is immediately cool even if the old one is not.

I'm Amazed!
Even though I order up to 100 items or a little more a month, I very rarely write a review. Something HAS to be very, very good to make me leave a review, and this item DEFINITELY IS!I have suffered from severe tension headaches and migraines for at least 40 years, and now I get them daily in varying severity. My doctor won't give me any prescription medication for them due to possible adverse interactions with my other medications, so I buy different herbal remedies, essential oils, and now this. When my migraine gets VERY SEVERE, I used this with my other natural remedies to provide extra relief. Trying it for the first time, I was amazed by how much better I felt almost instantly and within 5-10 minutes my migraine was COMPLETELY gone! That has never happened before! I always got just enough relief to let me get to sleep so I can relax it away but I NEVER get TOTAL RELIEF!

Fantastic product!
These are great! I am a chronic migraine sufferer and these cooling gel pads really help me manage my migraines, in conjunction with medication. They are convenient enough to keep in your car, purse or briefcase so you always have one on hand when you need it. They are also great for cooling relief from a fever or minor injury and can be placed on the forehead or back of the neck. The WellPatch Migraine & Headache Cooling Patches are the most effective brand that I have tried. They cover a greater area, remain adhered to the skin and are effective for 12 hours.

Great for migraines
I get migraines pretty often, and I used to use a different brand of cooling patches. I like these a tad bit better because the menthol really helps ease my pain.I also have to commend Amazon's customer service. I only received a single package of four when I last ordered. I reached out to them, and they refunded my money and sent out another order with the correct amount of patches. Thank you!
