I've used only for a few days, but this seems effective in helping with sleep -- at least on par with other brands I've tried. Price is competitive.

Great product! Does what I hoped it would do for easing my anxiety and sleep issues. I now stay asleep longer and fal aslee faster while taking just one of these pills at bedtime
