Cool gadgets
This is so cool. Has been spinning under a low halogen lamp for 2 months non stop and no issues. If you like cool like gadgets I recommend this one.

It runs
Bought one for my brother. He loves it. Works even in cloudy days but not too heavy. Not advised on dashboard but people drive with their dog in their laps holding a coffee and talking on the cell phone so I guess its ok....... Good product. Note, it picks up trust. I use a Q-tip very carefully to clean it. Caution, if your not careful you can break the delicate wires. I guess just blow off the dust is your not a delicate person.

Very cool, didn't last
This worked for weeks straight, I left it on a window sill and it would spin very fun. However, the bearing must have worn out because it no longer spins under its own power :(

No surprises, good quality.
Not much to add, it spins up in the morning, and stops in the evening. Mine is in a window sill.

Spin so fast makes me dizzy just typing about it.
Cool little contraption with key word being little. The way it's marketed I was under the impression that it was at least the size of a coffee mug. Nope, not even close. I've taken shots bigger than this spinny doodad. It goes faster or slower depending on light source, and if you wanna overclock it, hit it with a laser and watch it almost turn into a helicopter, spinning faster than my laundry machine on a quick rinse cycle with nothing in it. No pilots license required but I'd keep those seat belts fastened just in case.

This is NOT Levitating, the weight of the motor is on a steel shaft bearing.
This is a solar motor that has copper coils to make the motor work. It's listed as a "Levitating" Model. Nothing is Levitating here, the weight of the motor and solar cells rest on a steel shaft with a bearing to make it spin smoothly. I understood this was a Levitating display, its not even close.
