I'm impressed with the quality of this guide on kit! The steel components are either galvanized (frame pieces) or stainless steel (hardware). The UBolts are VERY beefy. The uprights are sturdy (sch40?) black PVC pipes complete with caps. The install was easy, quick, and very straightforward. I followed the included instructions for placement on the trailer. The idea is to install the guides as far back on the trailer as possible, and within 1" or less from the boat sides. Make sure that your boat isn't wider in the middle that the back. If it is, you must adjust for this so you don't get "stuck" trying to back the boat off the trailer. The completed assembly is VERY robust, and I am fully confident that loading the boat will be so much easier now! Our lake has a constant high wind blowing straight ACROSS the boat ramps. This makes loading a real pain as the boat is constantly being blow sideways. These guides should help immensely. I won't know just how awesome they worl until next Summer when the boating season starts again, but I will add an actual use update to this review at that time.

Easy to install and look great made of heavy materials could not be happier with purchase

Great quality, installs easily. I've had it for 2 seasons now and it works great and stands the test of time.

Fit was decent. Put on a converted jet ski trailer for a Jon boat. Putting the supports on was easy. The only real issue was the black plastic covers. The instructions are wrong. And the screws need a washer and are not long enough to start. So, had to compress the plastic with a clamp to get the bolt started. Bad details.

Used this guide on kit when I rebuilt my boat trailer. It worked great and the price was right! Seems well-built. Will need to keep corrosion protection applied to avoid corrosion as my boat is used in saltwater and the hardware is not stainless steel and the guide support is galvanized steel. I would have paid double for a stainless steel option, but this will do!

Works great! Makes loading your boat so much easier especially during high wind or rough water. Wish I would have purchased months ago! They are very durable and look great too!

These are very well-made trailer guides. They were easy to install and work well on a 14 foot runabout.

Solid product and easy to install with very robust hardware. having the visual aid for backing the boat in is worth its weight in gold not to mention can drive the boat on to the trailer a little more easily. less having to be bossy with my wife so she also appreciates it. I had to add two of my own washers to the bolts that hold up the abs pipe but just had to reach into my tickle trunk for that.
