Recommend this to upgrade Jag
For the price, I am happy. Couple of glitchy- ish things. But overall, love it and have recommended it to others. It was a very easy install. Took maybe ten minutes. It upgraded the interior of my car and I’d buy again.

Makes the interior looks much richer.
Item is perfect, I wrote an earlier review and I stated that I could not figure out how to change the display from xf sedan car to F Pace, it was simple click on menu and push & hold version button for 2 second and then it will show a different screen is where you can change the to F pace. Overall item is very nice and worth the money, it makes the car looks much richer.

Buyer Beware.
Returning this item. Beware if you have a Jaguar 2018 XF sport. There was no directions for install for my car. It would fit my car, but they only give instructions for one type of setup. Emailed them for instructions for my trim package. Upgraded to 2 stars. The people were friendly to deal with, but couldn’t get the information i was looking for. I’m sure the install is easy if you have the same trim package as shown in the pictures.

Great retrofit upgrade
I was back and forth on swapping out the OEM unit but I’m glad I decided to go for it! The unit fits perfectly and updates the interior and provides much better controls. With a few trim tools the molding came off and then with a hard pull the old unit was out. Hardest part was getting the clips off the old unit that are needed for the new unit to be pressed into place. Definitely worth the money.

Great addition to my car but there's a caveat.
Unit looks very nice and installation was easy after car's trim removed. Two problems with unit; • Unit often does not start blowing air out of vents so I have to use the OEM control unit to turn power on and blowing starts. • Hazard light button on touch screen is not protected and adjusting controls easily activates Hazard Lights with the slightest, unintentional brush of a hand. Otherwise, this unit adds a nice aesthetic to the cabin and ubdoubtedly would increase car's resale value.
