Vax Steam Detergent, 500 Ml

This is a nice smelling detergent to accompany my vax steam cleaner. I don't use as much as they direct and this is merely because I find that I can see a slight dullness after using it if I use the required amount. My living room is very bright and very unforgiving of dust or any marks etc. This detergent is very good at shifting the dirt and if used sparingly it gives great results for me and obviously works out cheaper and goes further using slightly less. I would recommend using it if you have the vax steam cleaner as it does work well and smells lovely. As I have pets it is essential.

Delivery to Spain arrived 1 day early. Well done to MRW couriers. My wife has only tried the Vax steam detergent once and it did leave the tiled floors a bit smeary. This may have been due to unfamiliarity with the product so we'll have to see what happens at next usage. Other than that small criticism the machine is all that Vax clam it to be.

Had a steam cleaner for some years but it broke and I reverted to Bucket and mop which I felt cleaned better than the steam cleaner. However I decided to have a new steamer as it would be quicker to do a swift go round. Nothing could be further from the truth. This new Vax with detergent works a treat and is so much better than any other cleanig system. I will never use anything else.

We have three dogs, and as you know the weather has been foul for ages. Even though we towel the dogs off after a walk, they will always bring dirt inside the house, and we mop regularly. Until you use this product with a steam vac, you will never know how dirty your floor is! It brings dirt off hard surfaces, carpets, furniture, blinds and curtains, an excellent product.

Given the size of the hole in the steamer you would’ve thought the bottle would’ve been easier to use.. Perhaps something that looks like a bottle of Dishwasher rinse aid? So you need a jug To measure out the quantities are funnel. If you are just filling the water tank on your steam mop with water you can do that directly from the tap and if water splashes everywhere who cares. But when you’re spilling quite expensive cleaning products it becomes annoying Once the bottle finished I decided not to replace it. I just use some antibacterial all-purpose in a spray bottle- I spray the area of the floor and then use the steamer Mop to clean my floor. So much cheaper so much easier to use. You can definitely tell that the packaging was designed by a man who doesn’t regularly clean floors with a VAX steam mop!

Lovely smell and cuts through the grime. Worth getting the real item rather than a substitute as not only is it good for the cleaner it’s great at cleaning.

I love this product, very easy to use, I was a bit concerned when reading the reviews before purchase as a few people said the water and detergent tanks were difficult to remove, I have a problem with my grip, but find them VERY EASY to remove. I thought it might be one of those items that seem like a good idea and then you leave at the back of the cupboard, but no I use it all the time, much quicker than getting out the mop bucket. Fits in the broom cupboard and takes one minute to load and your off.
