I was a little bit disappointed when this came in and I opened the box. When I initially ordered it there was an image on the product page that made it look like a solid shank. When it arrived I found out that that wasn't the case. Considering the price and that Walmart carries one without the hook, but with a solid shank for cheaper I was slightly dismayed. The overall finish of the product also isn't that great. In some areas the paint is thin, and in other areas it is covered in overspray. I don't expect this to compare to some of my other high end hitches, but for almost $50 I expect to be on par with my one from Walmart. I think that this hitch will get the job done and should work fine, just a little bit disappointed overall and especially for the price.

This is pretty solid, works great for the standard height truck. Any higher trucks will need to use a drop so this would not work. It is pretty awesome to have everything on at once.

I went to pick up a trailer from a friend a few weeks ago and wasn't paying close enough attention to what size hitch his trailer took. It all worked out and he loaned me a three ball hitch, but I decided it would be a good idea to have a multi-ball mount for handling stuff like that. This fits the bill, and contains a hook for added capability (although, in all honesty I don't know that there is much I'd use the hook for that I couldn't just loop over a ball). The mount fits well, contains the hitch pin and pin clip, and works well. I'd note that this uses box tubing for the shank instead of a solid bar like the one my friend loaned me. For my purposes it will do just fine, but if you're expecting the solid shank you'll be disappointed.

Here on the farm, we are always looking for things that save us time and labor. This four way hitch has done both. It is well designed, tough, and takes a beating. We pull hay trailers, garden carts, pull logs, and are constantly moving stuff. We use to have to spend so much time just changing out our hitches on the truck. This four way solved that issue. It has eliminated so much wasted time(and money). We should have gotten one of these before. For us, well worth the money. Very, very, pleased.

This bitch is very heavy duty. Well made. It’s convenient to have all the options in one. It’s easy to install and feels secure. It looks awesome on my husbands truck. He hasn’t pulled anything yet but I’m sure he will find a reason to and I’ll update the review.

Totally solid welded up hitch. I needed an upgrade from my older 3 ball hitch and wanted the hook specifically to pull some early mesquites. This is made of some heavy steel and the welds are fairly clean and plenty large. The hook is cast but polished and cleaned where needed and painted up for rust protection. The inside isn't coated and shows some surface rust but some light cleaning and oil should keep that alright, still might have been nice to get some paint in there. Comes with the hitch pin which is nice, my older one didn't. Feels like most of the paint will probably chip or wear off with heavy use but that is to be expected on anything really.
