It stopped working after 4 weeks. However because it was bought in December, but just opened it to try and it's June, I'm not able to return. I no longer have the box or any paperwork. I really would like a replacement or my money back, but what do I do. Not a happy camper.

it works very good. the fit is exceptional and i can carry a conversation with out having to ask for people to repeat them. thank you.

came with wire for either ear, extra and different size ear canal pieces and a cleaning tool. works fine but the toggle switch to control sound settings is a bit awkward, but once you learn how to do it, it's ok. it uses a standard 312 battery that you can get anywhere and one battery lasts about a week, which is normal. for the money, I think it's the best deal out there. works every bit as well as my other one, which now costs over $900. I thinking of buying another one and saving my old one for a spare. right now using old one and new one and don't have any problems. the lucid defaults to the general setting when you snap it shut to turn it on, so you always know where it's set to start.

returned to Amazon, volumn control didn't work, was short 2 batteries, and brush that, by cleaning instructions, should have been included. contactred Lucid and they said to contact Amazon. NOT HAPPY!!!

Purchased this for my grandmother after I noticed she was having trouble hearing me when we went to our weekly Sunday brunch. I thought initially it was the restaurant volume, but over some time I realized we were having difficulty communicating in other scenarios. After a few weeks, and reading some other reviews I decided to purchase this hearing amplifier for her. She has told me how much easier it is for her to participate in conversations with her craft group and tells me it is comfortable to wear. So glad I was able to find this solution for her at a reasonable price!

I got this product for my father and father-in-law and highly recommend it. Works perfectly and at a good cost compared to all the over priced ones out there. Fits well and you can barely see it (for all the men that are stubborn and won’t help their hearing)!

I got one of these for my father in law and he loves it. It is a lot less expensive than hearing aids but gives him the extra boost in volume that he needs

This product is great! My dad’s hearing has been slowly getting worse over the years and this is a great alternative to spending THOUSANDS of dollars through a hearing specialist!
