Easy to use!
Melts in 20 mins! A bit sore when applying it to the area as it pulls on the hair! However it’s an easy and great way to wax hair! It doesn’t have any instructions in English which was a bit difficult. And I felt I needed more wax strips. Overall I’m pleased with it!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. PRODUCT TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE & NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
Comes with a European plug which wasn’t mentioned in the listing so needed an adaptor. The wax strips supplied didn’t remove the wax from the skin so ended up with a messy sticky mess on skin, sore skin and no hairs removed. I have used other products in the past with no problem at all. This product simply doesn't do what it is supposed to. Dreadful product. Don’t waste your money. Item is not eligible for refund so a total waste of time, effort and money.

wax strips soooo thin wax cool down so fast that hard its get stuck and rip skin off bad bruising half the bottle of wax is finished and i haven't even done a full leg! its really hard to roll on an its hard plastic scrapes against skin.

Good product hard to get a refill
Really good product however I have found it hard to find refill cartridges anywhere. They are also about £10 a go.

Good to save on beauty care
Works nicely, doesn’t over heat, the smell of the wax is lovely! I really found it very efficient with long hair, leaves the skin nice and soft.

Perfect choice
I was a little concern, because I was scared to hurt myself. However was really happy with result and it is really easy to use. The temporature was good and remove all the hair easily.

Ridiculous, please do not buy this product
The product is 100 % worthless, it’s on my screen for two days ,it’s very irritating for me. Quality is also not so good but also it’s very painful as compare to the normal wax strip or normal wax.it’s seriously very ridiculous. I didn’t get time since I order it,if I use it within one month then I’ll definitely return it. It’s just west of my money and also it’s not safe for screen.

I personally love waxing!! and by looking at this item I felt it would be a great fit for me. but they way I have received package I am not very happy! wax is leaking out of the bottle and sticking everywhere in the box.
