Can this be used with omron ne-c28p compressor nebuliser ?

If that nebuliser has a chamber into which the liquid to be nebulised is poured, then you can use the Pari Inhalation solution with that machine. Looking at the online instruction manual for the Omron NE-C28P, it would seem that they refer to this chamber as 'the medication tank'.
