Great product
Love this paint does the job. Hate gloss smells too strong and runs. Egg shell is perfect. Easy to clean brushes after use.

Excellent stain blocking undercoat
I used a small roller to paint over some black mold stains and Polyfilla repairs on water-damaged plasterboard ceiling panels. A couple of coats using a small roller produced a white, very opaque and smooth covering which I think should provide a good base for re-Artexing (I haven't attempted that yet). The paint is water-based and doesn't seem to smell much, if at all. It's very resistant to water and abrasion after drying, unlike emulsion paint and stains don't seem to bleed through as they can with emulsion. Thoroughly recommended if you need effective, resilient stain covering.

Absolutely brilliant
Fantastic paint . Agree with others very thin and needs 2nd coat but the finish is excellent.

Versatile primer
Great product, easy to apply, goes on silkily and gives good coverage even with one coat. Used on mdf and a concrete step. Very happy with both. Low odour. Easy to clean brush with water afterwards.

Probably a good primer, but it dries yellow!
Not sure whether I’m just being fussy but this dries yellow - I had hoped that with it being white there would be places on a white wall where I could get away without painting over the top but it’s dried to a cigarette stained yellow everywhere - on wooden surfaces, artex ceiling and painted wall paper. I’m sure it’s made a great surface for the pain to adhere, but I hadn’t expected it to be yellow!

Absolutely brilliant. I loved painting with this paint. It doesn't smell, it's easy to wipe off, it dries quickly. I was unsure about painting my kitchen wall tiles. They were terracota colour, rustic and some with a coloured pattern on.I used the Zinsser brilliant white primer first and then finished with two coats of the Bulls eye 123. People thought I had bought new tiles! What a transformation to my kitchen! So I did the same with the pine shelves and the paint made it easy. Will always use this paint from now on. Recommended.

Brilliant sealer undercoat
I had already applied knotting solution to new pine hand rails/bannister rails before I purchased Zinsser 1-2-3 Plus, then applied three coats of Zinsser, followed by two top coats. Apparently knotting solution is not required when using Zinsser. I am very pleased with the final result. Pine is notorious for staining and yellowing through paint but Zinsser effectively seals and protects from this.
