Just what we needed! It solved some problems with a family member not being able to hear the phone ring, or hear the person calling when they answered it. Just what we were after, and at a very reasonable price. We swapped in a SIM from another O2 phone and there were no problems at all.Highly recommended.

Fantastic mobile for a senior person. This is so easy to use and has no fiddly buttons. It also comes with cradle charger so no need to unplug tight charger wires. Great idea to have emergency button on the back which you can program to text then call stored number when pressed Incase of an emergency

The phone was purchased for my mother, and I purchased it with the SIM card as well as I thought it would be easier. However, once I tried to put credit on the phone, (the SIM card was contained in O2 paperwork), I was told when I phoned the top up line that this number was not O2 but Tesco mobile. So I went into Tesco mobile site, blissfully unaware that the site had been hacked and that my payment had been directed to scammers. I contacted Tesco’s, who said the number wasn’t even theirs. So I’m ditching the sim and getting a another one, as it doesn’t appear to belong to O2 or Tesco’s. Please just be careful - I don’t know what happened but don’t let this happen to you. The phone is fine as far as I know, easy to programme etc. Hopefully that will work well with a new sim, otherwise I will be returning the whole lot and buying from a phone shop direct.

I purchased this for my mum who has severe arthritis, which means she needs a mobile with big buttons.Her previous mobile which was a Big Button Easy to Use Senior Mobile had packed up & i couldnt find the exact same phone, so i thought i would get this for her as it was a good price & appeared to be very similar to her last phone.The buttons are large & the screen is clear & it also has "speaking number buttons" which is ideal for the visually impaired to help them make a call. It also has an sos button, which is ideal for an older person & very easy to set up & can give their family peace of mind that the sos is there if needed.The memory is very small so you do need to delete messages very regularly & the battery also needs charging more often that a lot of these types of mobiles.But its a plain & simple mobile with a selection of ringtones & a good volume.If my mum "a complete technophobe" can use this phone, then anyone can get to grips with it lol.

Very basic but perfect for my mother-in-law.Bought this as I can now contact her if we're out shopping etc and are separated.

Bought as a replacement for old mobile for 89 year old mother.Way too complicated!Just wanted her to be able to scroll through a couple of contacts and call. Despite deleting unwanted contacts like Directory, top up, etc they just reappear. After scrolling through all these to contacts it then requires pressing green button for another menu before dialling.Can’t stop Keypad locking automatically, pressing keys brings up message which you have to exit before long press on green?Returning for refund

i kept getting a fault on this product went on web site and found i could send it back the phone would have been ideal for what i wanted it for so ordered a replacement and hgope this will be ok J L Sisson
