Dog Stairs
These stairs are great. Ideal for dogs who have issues or trouble jumping on or off the sofa. My dog uses these stairs all the time. It has really helped. I've purchased stairs in the past that were too high for my dog, but these are just right. Make sure you allow the foam stairs to fully expand on a hard surface for at least 2-3 days before you put on the cover. It's a really good product. Its a good value for the money & its sturdy and works really well.

Dog stairs
The stairs are the perfect size and height for my 5lb dog. It’s easy for her to use the stairs as she has shorter stature legs for her breed of dog. The foam is durable but not hard on her rear legs as she had the double knee surgery on her rear legs. The width is perfect for her to easily scoot up and down the stairs safely without fear of her falling off. The colors is a nice muted color which also goes well with our home furniture.

At first I was disappointed
At first I was extremely upset, because it had been over a week and 3 of the 4 steps hadn’t expanded. Then my husband laid them on the left side down and sat on them then stood on them (Be careful when doing this as they're not stable). Then he did the same on the other side and viola! The stairs are fully expanded and have given my baby back his independence. He was recently diagnosed with bad hind knees and he had become depressed and couldn’t jump on any sofas or beds. He is now his old self going up and down. I will be purchasing another one to give him the liberty to get on more than one place.

Good product and good customer service
****update**** This company reached out and wanted to correct the mistake, which I’m grateful for and shows true customer service efforts. The replacement steps work as well at my first order over a year ago. Good product and good customer service!I purchased dog steps a year ago and they were great. I just purchased a second set and I don’t know if they were a returned product or a defective product. The foam material for the steps would not expand. When I went to put it back in the box to return the steps, the box split open. I had to pay $12 at an ups store for a box to ship it back in and essentially paid money for a product my dog can’t even use and that I don’t even have. I can’t even begin to convey my disappointment in this.

Better than the plastic ones
Our chihuahua was afraid of the hard plastic stairs. No matter what we did, we couldn’t get her to use them. These are perfect. They are plush and she used them on the first or second try and has been using them religiously since.

Easy for my cat to use!
I bought this for my senior kitty cat to help her get upon the bed, and she is able to use it easily! I also don’t have to worry about stubbing my toe on it when I forget it’s there, because of how soft it is!

Exactly what you want it to be
Before buying this, I looked for some form of comfortable step, I looked at a lot of them. I settled on this one finally. My medium-sized dog (pointer, about 70ish pounds) is getting on in her years and her back legs aren't ready anymore to make the jump onto a bed thats about... 3.5ft off the ground. I got tired of picking her up, even though she loved it.The steps come wrapped and folded like a mattress, you set it aside and it took about 4-5 hours to completely unfurl and began to maintain its shape. The cover is a little hard to put on, but besides that it was easy peasy. The steps can hold my weight relatively well, which is about 150-160. I had to show her how to go up the stairs. They hold her weight fine and maintain stability. Width wise? It's great. More than enough for a smaller dog and she comfortably climbs up!

Be patient
Ok when this first arrived I was hugely alarmed. It was so flat and just a bizarre strip of foam (see photo). I was very skeptical. After 2 days, it vaguely resembled stairs… it still looked really strange and it was flimsy so I thought I got ripped off but I figured I’d stick it out a little longer. After a week it did fill out fully and does look like the stairs in the photo. It’s also nice and sturdy. My shih-tzu uses it easily to get up on the couch. So in summary, wait it out and eventually it will look like the product you purchased. As a side note, put the cover on before it expands and just adjust as needed. I’m pretty sure the cover would be impossible to get on once it becomes steps.
