So glad I bought the XL SM Tote for our beach bag. It holds everything we need for the beach with room to spare, beach towels, snacks, book, sunscreen, shells, the pocket is nice for lip sunscreen, key, cell phones too! It seemed like an expensive splurge but I’m so glad I bought this tote!! I think I’ll also get a lot of use toting items to/from work, and for groceries so a good value and will hold up for many years. Not heavy. Very sturdy, it doesn’t fall over even on windy beach! Very comfy to carry. The handles are long enough you can easily get your arm through with bag filled. Also other reviews complain of the slight curve, after sampling other similar bags I thought this is a plus making it more comfortable to carry against your body. And the handles easily folding down….the biggest plus of all! Those other bags handles make me crazy!! Don’t hesitate just buy this bag. Glad I did!

Just received my bag and I can already tell I am going to LOVE it!!! This will be so perfect for summer. Love the structure of it compared to a normal canvas tote bag. I was expecting the clear pouch that it came with the be very cheap looking, but it is not at all!! The pouch even comes with a wristlet attachment which would be perfect for toiletries or to use as a wallet even. The bag is the perfect size for what I was looking for. I can fit my 40 ounce HydroJug in there with room for my wallet, snacks, sunscreen, etc. If you have kids or are packing for more than one person, I don’t think this size will work for you. This would be great for short outings, but do not plan on packing a whole lunch for your family in this lol. What sold me on this brand was that the straps easily fold down! That makes it so much more functional to me. Very lightweight and comfortable to carry. Looking forward to using this all summer!!

These are both simply modern extra large but clearly very different sizes. Not sure how their manufacturing is but some colors are worse than others. I ordered 3 total and only this supersonic blue was bad. It also had sharp edges at the seams. Other than that this bag is much easier to carry than my bogg bag but I love them both. Beach boat and pool is where I use it the most but I also use the small one for toys and diapers in the car. Overall I love it but I’m returning the blue and trying again with a different color.

Love this bag. Did a lot of searching and comparing before deciding on this one and so glad I did. It’s large enough to fit everything I need but is lightweight and comfortable to carry without being too bulky. It did come a little dirty inside but nothing that couldn’t be wiped out. Overall very pleased - and I love the hinge straps!! Definitely way better than the other name brand with rigid straps. I was able to attach a crossbody strap easily incase I need it.

I have an XL Bogg bag, an XL simple modern and a L simple modern. Here’s the comparison:When the XL SM first arrived, i noticed that it’s slightly curved towards the inside, which I didn’t like. BUT, when i carry it on my shoulder, it’s very comfortable. The curve actually made it more ergonomic. I would prefer it then my Bogg bag, because it feels less bulky and the straps stay on my shoulders instead of constantly fall off which is very annoying. As shown in the pictures, the straps of the SM are thicker and longer than that of the Bogg. Not to mention that the straps don’t twist like crazy like that of Bogg.I noticed that the body of the Bogg is slightly thicker and heavier.But I like the color of my Bogg more.The L SM can hold up its shape. But for some reason it is not as comfortable as the XL one. The bottom is hard and it’s somehow position at the wrong height so it makes it less comfortable for me. It is a nice size for a grocery bag.All three bags came with a clip on zip bag. (The Bogg came with 2 zip bags actually) The SM one has a long handle which is easier to carry. But it doesn’t attach to the bag very securely.It’s really tough to decide which one is better, they all have their pros and cons. I bought them with discount so they all cost roughly the same.I think they are all very good quality bags which can probably last for at least a decade (judging by the Crocs that I owned) so it’s worth the price imo.

Love this bag! The size is perfect, the quality is excellent for the price, and the silicone is just thick enough to stand on its own. The straps are long enough to have it over your shoulder or versatile enough to hold in your hand. The only thing I recommend is buying some kind of divider or organizer insert.

I love all things, simple modern and really wanted to love this bag too. I kept it because I like the design of the handles versus other bags made of this material. But this bag is not nearly as big as others and I bought the extra large. I do feel like this is going to break, unfortunately. I’m hoping for the best because everything else I’ve ever bought from this company has been fantastic! I use it to hold first aid, snacks, diapers, and wipes for my toddler, Waters, etc. to our older kids sporting events. It’s easy to clean and carry!

I never thought I would own a bag like this. Thought they were ugly and overkill….. until I decided to get one because everyone said it is the perfect beach/boat bag! They were right!!! It’s perfect. Fits everything you need for a day at the beach or on the boat. I usually have a couple of towels, snacks koozies, coverup, sunscreen, sunglasses…all the things! The only thing extra I bought was a phone holder, clips for hair ties and a sunflower to put on it. The bag includes a large clear zippered pockets for smaller items. I even love the look of the bag. The color is light so it doesn’t get super hot like a dark colored bag. The holes keep air circulating and it’s easy to clean up and get sand out of it. Plus the price is so much better than other name brands. Seriously do not hesitate on this bag! Even my boyfriend (who originally hated the bag at first sight) decided it was a great purchase and thanked me for buying it! Made a huge difference at the beach and getting in the boat.
