Lemonade is my favorite summer drink. What a better way to get my electrolytes in. I found these, here on Amazon, great affordable price. I'm glad I decided to buy them, great taste and they do the job. They dissolve well.

The powder does not dissolve easily and probably the worst tasting hydration powder I've tried. You can't just stir, you must smash the powder with the spoon against the side of the glass and still there's chunks left. The taste is terrible too. Not a lemon taste at all. Bought them because they were the cheapeset but I have to throw them away its so bad! Liquid IV, Gatorade, LMNT and and Salud are all much better and worth the additional money.

This is a definite must have! I like to try new things, and will try just about anything... However, this is truly one of the best items that I've ever ordered! I've actually re-ordered these packets several times now-- They are both very affordable & easy to carry with you, and they have helped me personally with dehydratation.

I REALLY wish this had a better taste because it works wonders. 15 minutes after drinking it, I feel much more hydrated and feel great.

Flavor and mixes easily

I like the single serve packets to take with me to use at will. The flavor is pretty good. I like it better mixed with additional water and ice. i would buy again .

I work conventions on weekends and I get super dehydrated even while drinking water all day. My friends and I buy another brand but I was on my own and decided to get these. They taste better than the name brand!

It's packaged in those little instant Starbucks type tubes that you pour into the water. The way they're made the powder goes everywhere when you try to open it. So I resorted to using scissors which is okay but there's a serious amount of plastic waste. The worst is the aftertaste. And if you let it sit for a few hours even cold in my thermos it tastes lousy. Maybe it's just me and the aftermath of the two times I caught covid. Some things don't smell right and some things totally stink now. Obviously the mask didn't help.
