3PC Bonded Leather Recliner Furniture Sofa Set,Chair Loveseat and Sofa Set (Chocolate, Living Room Set 1+1+3)

**Update 9/13/19**Seller sent out replacement recliner free of charge. I am now rating this 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. This time the recliner arrived in perfect condition.Be sure to contact the freight company as soon as it arrives at the destination terminal, otherwise your furniture will just sit in a warehouse for weeks with no communication. You need to call them to set up a delivery date which I was not informed of.Anyway, the 3 piece furniture is quite soft and comfortable. I like the way it looks but that is subjective. However, I am rating this 2 stars because it arrived slightly damaged. The metal bar at the bottom of the single recliner was heavily bent. I assume the freight company stacked something extremely heavy on top which caused it to bend. I also had an issue with the loveseat; I opened the box and noticed a screw fall out. After quick investigation I found an area underneath the loveseat that looked unfinished. Not sure if it was a manufacturing defect? There were no pre-drilled holes, so I have no idea if I should screw it in or leave it as is. This is the first time I've purchased brand new furniture (I usually buy used furniture) and I must say I'm somewhat disappointed. Spending $1200+ on defective new furniture makes me question the overall durability of it. We'll see how long it lasts before it starts falling apart.

The quality of the sofa is good. Just as the description of the seller, the sofa is huge and the leather is shining. If you take look at my picture, you will see this sofa can reclining as it told. Just use the handle by the both side of the sofa. It’s ease to access it. I love to sit on it because it’s a kind of warm leather. When I sit on, I won’t feel cold. It is so difference from the other brand sofa. Even my whole family love to sit on it and watch TV for a day.

Recliner stoped working after a few uses. It gets stuck open. You or your guest will need to crawl out over arm. To get recliner to shut again you will need to turn the couch upside down. Also feet are held on by screws that fall out. TERRIBLE QUALITY.

LOVE this furniture!I held my breath, fingers crossed, that purchasing a living room set on Amazon would actually work out. Not having the opportunity to 'try out' the furniture...yes...it's a risk. But I am really happy with the purchase. The furniture is modern looking, comfortable, & a nice surprise, didn't realize that we now have 5 reclining opportunities! Sofa's two ends are reclining, love seat, both reclining, & chair....obviously reclining.The downsides...... True to form, it takes about a month for delivery. But keep all your receipts! Initially, only the sofa & loveseat where delivered, although online stated everything was delivered. Upon delivery, I insisted that the UPS driver write on the receipt that only two freight packages were delivered..... & so glad I did! Emailed the seller. Thankfully I received an immediate response. The seller asked me to send info regarding the delivery driver & company....hence the receipts! Worked with them via email, the seller was superb on answering questions etc., & ensuring that the issue would be resolved, & it was. One standout disappointing aspect is that I constantly tracked the delivery since purchase, signed up for text alerts every day, but never received any alert I signed up for..... delivery, daily updates, problems......& so forth. So, when the furniture did arrive, thank goodness I was home! Not sure what would have happened otherwise.All in all, happy with the purchase, the seller was great helping resolve an issue. Delivery..... when you think the furniture will arrive, try to be home!

We tried to get furniture around town and could not get anything we liked before December, it was August. We found this online and measured our living room and looked at reviews. I am short legged and my feet don't really touch the ground, but the seats are extremely comfortable and all but the middle section of the sofa reclines. We think they are great for the money. When going to reclining it is smooth and not loud or jerky. When putting them down it easily locks into place. It took approximately six weeks to receive and the company was very good at responding to my questions about arrival. Only problem is that R and L carriers was to call and let us know when it would be delivered. They just showed up, with no warning....glad we were home.

Looking for new furniture is a horrifying experience. I’d walk around furniture stores and anytime I saw something decent I’d see the price and laugh at how outrageously much it cost. I was nervous ordering furniture on Amazon but so far everything is going great. A similar furniture set would probably cost at least double in most furniture stores.Edit: I’ve had the furniture about 2 years now and it still feels perfect. I have two huskies constantly jumping on and off the couches and I spend most my time in the chair and it all still looks to be in perfect condition.

This is well made and looks really nice. However, I'm 5'6" and fits me ok but my husband is 6' and the recliners that pops out is way to short for him. I would recommend for small framed people.

We got these and are very happy. Items were delayed due to logistics issues but arrived very well wrapped and in good condition. They are ver easy to asemble, not a single tool needed. Color is as adverrtised and texture is very smooth. Everything works perfect. The best part: Customer Service. The seller was awesome during the waiting time, keeping me posted with the updates.
