Omni Cervical Relief Pillow

Very Comfortable and cushiony pillow. I use this when taking Pilates Reformer and yoga classes. Relieves sinus pressure when I am lying flat at class. Recommended by my Pilates instructor.

The cover is smooth and the foam is supportive. I looked all over for this one because I prefer the foam to the silicone roll-style ones. I wish they lasted longer, though. I have to purchase a new one every couple years. Fit: It is well sized for most adults and does not require any adjustment.

It is a great help in relaxing neck and shoulders during Pilates.

This product is soft but very supportive. I actually use it to kneel on.

My PT suggested this for some specific exercises. And it is outstanding. Firmnyet comfortable. So much so I enjoy using it without doing any exercises!!!! What a bonus.

Most of my clients find this pillow very comfortable. It helps them to relax before I work on their necks. I enjoy it too. I would give it 5 stars if it had a little carrying handle at the top and if I could buy covers or cases for it. I wouldn't need a case shaped exactly like this pillow, that might get expensive, but something appropriately-sized would be a big time saver. I like to have the pillow prepped and ready before a session. Currently, I put this pillow in a regular pillow case which I fold over, but the fit is so loose that it's one more little thing to manage and it cuts into my hands-on time. I've thought about having someone make covers for me, but haven't gotten around to it. Some might just toss a towel on the pillow, but that involves touching the pillow directly during treatment, which creates the need for more thorough sanitation between clients. In spite of my wishes for improvement, this is a very good pillow which helps the neck muscles to relax. Something most of us can use.

Great to stabilize your head and neck for floor exercises or sleep.

I like this, but it took me awhile to come around to liking it. I was using it on my bed, and it didn't provide any stretch or traction like relief. However, if you use it on a firm surface, such as a therapy table or even just lying on the floor, it feels wonderful! I don't always have access to a therapy table and the floor is a little hard on the rest of my body. I usually lay down on the floor on my yoga mat to use this pillow... My neck always feels better afterwards.

On its own, it gets sticky against your skin. I found that putting a pillow case on it was uncomfortable though because the pillow case was slippery on it. I wouldn't buy it again.
