it is shorter in length, so it doesn't rise as high as the standard size. i'm 5'6" so it's a little low for me when fully extended in height. the nose of the board is more rounded, so it does not get into sleeves as well as standard shapes. it's very sturdy. the quality is great ergo the 5 stars. the only drawback is the busy pattern on the pad cover...it makes it difficult to see wrinkles on the thinner fabrics.

purchased this ironing board , it arrived with some issues. Company stood behind product and solved problem! This ironing is board is just great for a senior citizen or apartment dwellers. It is smaller than others but not so small you can't iron slacks, it's light weight but sturdy so you can hang it up in your closet (comes with a hanger), and it has many adjustments for height. I have been lugging around a 75 year old wooden one and this is almost makes ironing a pleasure!

The package arrived completely opened but the wrapping was still on it. One of the leg caps were busted in half so I have a wobbly ironing board. It’s a little smaller than a standard ironing board, which is perfect for me! It rises to standard high, and about 6 inches shorter in the length of the board than standard. Overall I love it, just wish it was packaged better and had all four leg caps. I’ve contacted the seller but haven’t heard back on a replacement cap. 3 stars because of that.

Very sturdy ironing board, but it is not a standard size. It is not as tall and wide as a typical ironing board. I'm 5'7," and I was not comfortable using it. Ended up purchasing a standard height ironing board instead. Unable to return because I had it shipped outside of the USA.

I need to put a coaster under the side of one leg to make it level. Can this be fixed or is this just poor quality?
