This next, little umbrella fits into my pocket nicely. It lives in my coat pocket so it's always there when I need it. I've used it in near gale force conditions. So long as you keep it pointed into wind it remains sturdy. If you get it slightly wrong, it will partially invert, but point it back into wind again and it will sort itself out. It's probably the best brolly I've had, and the best value.

Unfortunately I had to return this. It is very strong and I can see that it would definitely resist wind and would not blow inside out. However, because of this it was very difficult to close it when folded down, it reqquired too much strength for my 13 year old to clip it into the handle when folded. As it was for school, it was no good for her. But overall a brilliant umbrella, it would be fine for an adult.

Good sturdy umbrella, with an automatic release to open button. Only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 stars, is because it can be tough to pull the umbrella down. Overall good value for money

Bought this along with a handful of other high-rated umbrellas and believe it to be the best of the lot. It's sturdy with a good weight and a decent number of spokes. I don't expect any folding umbrella to last a lifetime, but I suspect this one has a better chance than most. Really good value for money!

I wanted a strong, sturdy brolley, and I don’t feel it with this one.I live in Scotland so always need one in my bag, and I especially needed it to be strong in the wind, and the handle doesn’t feel as strong as others I’ve had.

The GoodIt's small and compact, fairly lightweight and comes with a matching cover/glove. The mechanism to open it and close it works well.The BadI'm no giant at 5'11, however the handle is a bit small and takes time to get use to.The UglyThe first time I used it, (it was slightly windy) it tuned inside out and ripped, making it unusable. I don't think an umbrella with the a hole is much use to anyone really. Luckily I was able to return the item directly to Amazon and given a full refund, 10 out of 10 to Amazon who processes this within 24 hours.

I am very impressed with this umbrella, it feels very sturdy when I’m holding it; even in the wind, it doesn’t turn inside out.It’s super easy and convenient to use, but make sure the area around you is clear when you open it as it launches open quite fast.It comes with a little pouch to put it in which is great because it stops my bag from getting soaked from the umbrella.All in all I recommend this umbrella, it’s very good and great price too!
