Great kettle
No plastic at all!! This should be mandatory but it isn’t & so finding a plastic free kettle was an utter headache. Some would say plastic free but weren’t, this IS!! Neat kettle that holds more than it appears it would. Stylish. Only downside is how expensive it is.

Filter doesn’t remove for cleaning
Quality stainless steel rather than plastic. Looks very impressive with retro styling and classy artistic finish. The guide leaflet says remove the spout filter before using and when it needs cleaning.Supposed to be easy to remove but I could not shift it.Design of how it fits may have changed as picture in instructions looks different.

Floral & pretty
I do love the kettle, its not as bright as I had hoped but still nice. I like it because it shows you the. water temperature so you dont have to rebojl the kettle if you need to make another drink soon after your first one

Another cheap inferior and overpriced kettle sadly
After having this a couple months I noticed that the overly shiny “metal trims” are actually nothing but a cheap plastic type stick on material! I wish I had just returned it but I kept it and a year later it has all started bubbling and breaking off. Looks horrendous, so if like me you but the full set then you’re going to have to replace the whole lot when it does this. The toaster hasn’t so maybe it’s to due with the heat in the kettle. I would have loved it otherwise, no other issues apart from that horrible cheap stick on stuff. I will never buy a kettle with a coating or pattern on it again. Just stick to stainless steel and glass.

This kettle is a welcome addition to our kitchen, looks great and boils fast.

Beautiful but imperfections are annoying
Holes preventing limescale flakes entering your drink are too large. Get your own kettle mesh and cut to fit in the detachable filter. Tip: use cheap lemon juice or white vinegar to clean kettle (soak then rinse thoroughly)Water temp gauge just collects gunk if not tended regularly and, apart from the initial thrill of watching it whizz round, doesn't serve much purpose.The metal body of the kettle and lid is not heat proof. Watch where you touch it when you lift it after boiling.
