I spoke to customer service and received a new device without delay or fuss. All the problems I had with the1st player are not there, this one works as advertised. I am now have a p.ayer I can use.. I am extremely happy with the outcome and would say the best customer service I have ever had. On the device, it is nice and compact,easy to load music on. OVERALL VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW PLAYER.

I've been having bother with rubbish service from itunes despite being with them since go and paying £21 per year for "cloud security "This player has now got my entire itunes library installed and sounds superb thru my wireless buds. Also has wifi.What's not to like?Buy one 🖐😁👍

This product doesn't work properly and it is very difficult to transfer music as computer can't find it. I'm trying to use insurance for replacement and refund and that doesn't work either. Definitely not worth the money.

The product has a problem working with my PC. It initially was recognised, then did not work. The EQ does work but no simple mode settings and sound not loud enough. Could do with Base or Treble Boost.Also quite heavy. Home Screen does not switch easily from Apps.

looks good bought as a Christmas present it works well but only has 64gb for storage

It should be no stars as it doesn't work. Neither of my two W10 computers would recognise it. Furthermore, when the player is switched on it says 'SD card is corrupt'! I presume it means the internal memory as I have not put anything in. Oh for the days of Sansa Clip when you would connect it up to your PC, load it and off you go.

Firstly, this device would only connect to one out of five Bluetooth speakers I have. The speakers are fine, only this device has a problem. Secondly, the battery is poor, you have to drop the screen brightness below half and put it in power saving mode to get any length of time out of it. Finally, the device becomes hot, more than you'd expect for the device. I think I'm being generous giving the thing two stars.
