I love alegria shoes!! I’m a little bit plus size and these are super comfortable when I’m doing my 12+ hours of nursing at the hospital. I would definitely recommend these for anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet.

This is my second pair of Rok n Roll athletic shoes from Alegria. I like them better than any other brand of athletic shoe I've ever tried. Better than Hoka, better than Dansko... just better. I bought my first pair of the Rok n Roll shoes last summer and wore them like crazy all year. I just replaced them and boy, oh boy are my feet happy. This style is very neutral so I can wear them with a lot of things. As a campus minister at a high school I am on my feet and dashing around a lot. These are gems. I have achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and very high arches. For reference I wear a size 38 or 39 (8 or 8.5) in most shoes; and wear a 39 in these.

My bad. The name, Rock and Roll, should have been a clue. I want something to work in the yard and climb up on the roof in. Too aggressive and stiff of a rocker sole.

I got these shoes for the rocker bottoms after developing bone spurs. They are so comfortable and my feet feel much better. These look nice and have a cute butterfly, too. The style looks like a regular athletic shoe so most people don’t even notice the rocker bottom. I wore these during travel where I walked about five miles a day on concrete and cobblestones — don’t think I could have done that with other shoes. I haven’t had to clean these as I’m sure the gray color hides some dirt. These are true-to-fit size.
