They helped, but...
I tried these on the recommendation of a friend. They did seem to help get to sleep, but...they upset my stomach. I do have a problem with acid reflux, so I'm thinking one of the ingredients probably aggravated that existing issue. So I gave them to my friend, who was happy to take them off my hands. If you don't have stomach issues, they may be of some help. They did seem to work better than the melatonin alone.

Great product! Much better than regular melatonin. Tastes good, takes a few days of use for full effect. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
