This Works! I’ve Made My Own Cheese!
This is magical stuff! Follow the directions (which are simple), add this vegetarian rennet, and shortly you’ll have your own curds and whey. If you’re bold, you drink the whey (or give it to a pet) and then you filter the curds with a cheesecloth (or with s fine filter), a soft cheese comes out! You can season it however you wish (garlic and herbs in this instance). That’s where you can stop, enjoying your soft cheese, though you can continue to remove the water (adding more salt) and make a harder cheese. It does take a lot of milk to make a small amount of cheese (one gallon of milk made a bit more than one cup of soft cheese). The liquid in the bottle will convert to cheese up to 150 liters of milk (about 41 gallons). Since I don’t have a cow, this will most likely be more of a fun thing for me to do when I’ve bought too much milk. But it still is a wonderful, creative tool to make something that you might never have thought to make in your own home. Fun!

Created Firm Cheese
I'm reviewing SuperMaya Liquid Rennet Vegetable Rennet, 100% Vegetarian Rennet, for Making Cheese, for 150 L milk, 88 ml Bottle. Nice product for vegetarians who want to make cheese. It created a nice firm cheese that tasted delicious. It comes in an amber glass bottle that was well wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a corrugated cardboard box to help protect it during shipping. The tamper evident ring cap was intact. It has an EXP date of January/18/2026. As a side note, this SuperMaya Liquid Rennet Vegetable Rennet is made in Turkey.

Perfection in a bottle
I don't make cheese. Would love to learn, but just haven't yet. A neighboring farm has goats so I got this rennet to have cheese from the local milk. I was able to watch the cheese being made, and while I still haven't done it on my own, I think it's easy enough to do. This rennet worked perfectly, and the goat lady called it perfection in a bottle.
