Re: Loverly product. But the much needed App is very poor & Smarty SIM missing. I only purchased the LTE version (SIM) so I could access the live feeds. Disappointingly it hardly ever works. When you contact BlackVue, there’s always an excuse. Plenty of other cameras on the market with better picture quality, better App, if you can live without the NON-WORKING SIM live feed…… The camera has been fitted for just over a month. The Live Feed has only worked intermittently since then. I have countless Email to BlackVue customer support, with excuse after excuse, as to why it’s not working. I even took the car back to the Auto Electrician, who checked out all connections. So with 100% certainty that it’s not a power issue. BlackVue have suggested that I remove both front and rear cameras that I had professionally fitted and return at my own expense and time to undergo extensive tests…… I am currently chatting with Amazon…..and have been for nearly an hour. At first I was offered a refund. However when I accepted, I was told I would need to return for repair. I will update in due course . But my advice would be to seriously reconsider before you order a BlackVue product. NB: If you do purchase this product. Ensure that you have it booked for instalment prior to purchase. As I had to wait two weeks, which eats into your 30 day return period. Then I was messed around by customer support for a further 20 days, which has now taken me over the 30 day return period for a replacement . Now I have to return for repair even though it never fully worked.

Really disappointed with this camera. The quality is okay although there is a lot of glare or reflection from the windscreen. The app is a bit fiddly and you need to be patient to get it set up properly. The sim card is tricky to fit and can slip in the slot but once it is fitted it's fine. The main flaw is the gps. It worked once when I was testing the camera and had it outside of the car. Since mounting it on the inside of the windscreen it has never ever worked. Even on long drives in clear conditions. Simply nada. I think this camera will have a lot more to offer if the gps worked. The camera is now hardwired and to undo it all and send it back only to get the same result with the next camera..... its just really poor. As for the customer support.. what a joke they just send you links to the information you already have access to and they don't address the specific problems. Not happy paying a lot of money for a product which claims to be a market leader and under performs soo badly

Be aware, this blocks dab radio in cars and lowers the signal. Its a known issue that has not been resolved and should really be noted in the description.

I purchased this camera only a few weeks ago as from Wednesday, the 5th of June Vodafone have just announced but they are no longer supporting any Blackvue dash camera . The information you are reading in the description is incorrect . Do not buy any Blackvue Cameras as the cam will shortly be disconnected in end of 2024 You have been Warned . Amazon give me my £600 money back As the camera is no longer fit for purpose . And you're clearly still trying to sell them ...

Product what we received wasn’t new ,orginal box was open and the camera was broke at the front. Waiting more than 30days for refund. Disappointed so much.It’s like a joke.
