I really like that these are kosher and vegan as well as a chewable tablet. Just take one capsule as recommended on the suggested use and you’re set. I do notice a change in my relaxation focus and stress release and will get this product again!

Not 300mg of L_theanine
I bought 2 bottles of these based on them being 300mg. "Technically" it's a 300mg tablet, but it only contains 200mg of L_theanine. Instead, I purchased 200mg per tablet of L_theanine and 100mg of starch, cellulose, sodium and maltodextrin. Saying they are 300mg is very misleading.

Something isn't quite right
I have used L-theanine for 2 years. This is not the brand I normally use.. Chewable? Sticks to your teeth. I have previously used the type that melts under your tongue. This formula does nothing to help anxiety. L-Theanine is great for anxiety, but just not this particular pill/brand.
