Thick Smooth Paper Great for Journaling
The journaling stencils work well though I stopped using them after the novelty wore off. This for me so far (four months in) has been a cost-effective alternative to my usual Leuchtturm 1917 notebook with similar cream colour pages easy on the eyes, feint grey dot grid for flexible use in writing and drawing. It has thinner end pages and fewer index pages but the thicker smooth paper is a joy to write on. The pen loop has come in handy and the comparatively large number of pages. Not sure about how the binding will hold up but seems okay so far with daily use. The pink colour is light so prepare for the cover to get marked though that's to be expected. Overall really happy with the notebook and will likely order another when this one is filled up!EDIT: Nov. 2024 - Some negatives to report...My new Mildliners - that don't bleed through in my Bible - bleed through this much thicker paper! Surprising, but perhaps the porosity/density of this paper isn't ideal, so watch out. Microns, Fudenosuke and Supertips are fine. And while the sewn binding itself isn't falling apart yet, it's definitely not holding up like a quality journal. The head and tail bands were seemingly just stuck in with double-sided tape as they've both come out and I've had to re-attach.

Great note book, good quality.
This is one of the best notebooks/sketchbooks I have ever purchased. Great value for money considering the exceptional quality, the paper is thick and holds fineliner well without bleeding through. I use it for taking notes, stretching ideas and working out patchwork patterns which is why I love that it has a graph dotted printed surface (approx. 1/2 inch squares, printed in a light grey corner dot). Their are multiple vibrant colours to chose from. The cover is made from thick board with a handy pocket in the back and as a bonus you get a stencil to use for journalling!. Overall a great versatile book. Very comfortable to use. Will definitely be buying more of these in the future.

Lovely lovely (sound like Max Verstappen saying that -F1 fans will understand) notebook
I am obsessed with notebooks, like properly obsessed, and I’ve always wanted a dotted one. I’ve never had one before, partly because I’m scared I’ll ruin it with wonky lines and have no idea what to do it (alas I have many many unused notebooks) Also, last time I saw dots in a notepad, I was being told to (other than stop chatting and concentrate) draw 3D cubes by a very scary DT teacher. Luckily times have changed, and there’s plenty of pretty neat (literally but i.e/ ‘cool’) examples of bullet journaling out there. What’s pretty cool is that this notebook comes with a little pack of stencils stored in the back cover paper pouch. Albeit rather flimsy, just imagine plastic that thinks it’s paper and you’re on the right tracks. Can’t complain if it comes for free though can we?! The paper feels silky to the touch (sounds like a laundry advert doesn’t it) which I imagine will make it smooth to write on, I don’t know yet because in my typical notebook buying behaviour I’m too scared to write in it. I adore the colour too, but if lilac’s not for you then there’s plenty of other colours. However this one’s the best and prettiest, just saying… And to spoil us even more, there’s not 1 but 2 ribbons to separate pages, wahey! There’s also the elastic band on the back page to keep all those jam-packed and exciting pages you may have securely closed. Obviously mine are blank still, so absolutely nothing to see here… or there for that matter. It comes wrapped in plastic for ultra extra uber (not the taxi company) protection. It’s not the cheapest notebook I’ve ever had, but it’s definitely the best and nicest. There’s a shed load of pages, so it really is a thick bulky book. Oh and a feature I always like, is the elastic pen holder at the side, although sadly it doesn’t come with one. But then that’s just me being greedy.Overall yes it’s seemingly a little more pricey for ‘just’ a notepad, but it’s definitely worth the money. In the words of Max Verstappen ‘lovely lovely…..’

Beautiful journal
I already bought a lined version of this notebook and was impressed with its size and quality. There was a little bleed through on the page when I used markets, but nothing too bad. So when I needed a new bullet journal, I decided to go with this product. It’s a very nicely made notebook. It’s had lots of pages and holds together well as I like to beak my journal into sections and I’m always moving back and forth through the book. It has nice paper that feels good quality and takes most inks very well, no bleeding or smudging, but some markers will show through on the other side of the page.Great value for money journal that’s a pleasure to use.

Good journal, pages a little thin
Very pleased with this journal. It’s a good size and weight, has an index and page numbers which I really like and the paper has a nice feel to it.There are two ribbons to mark your place, an elasticated loop to keep the book closed when not in use, and a back pocket for the stencils that come with it.The only slight negative is that the pages are quite thin. You can see the shadow of writing through the page and if use colouring pens you will not be able to use both sides. Coloured gel pens work fine though. The paper weight is the only reason I’ve given 4 stars.

Great for bullet journaling
Paper is thick enough to stop most pens from bleeding through. The cover I chose is a beautiful light blue colour that has a faux leather feel so doesn’t bend or scratch easily, durable enough to be in and out of my bag on a daily. There is even an added pocket at the back with some free stencils making it easier to use for bullet journaling. Having page numbers is a god send. Overall a high quality journal that lives up to the money I payed.
