Well-made, substantial resistance bands - they work great for strengthening, and come in different resistance levels, so versatile for whatever muscle work you'd like to do. A very good value for the money, as well.

Great quality product. Love the width on these. They won’t fold over like flimsy latex bands. Stretch as expected with a perfect mix of light to heavy resistance. They stay in place. Such a great price for this product, I highly recommend for anyone that uses resistance bands often for workouts

One of my Bands were mislabeled and I notified the company to see if they would replace that one so going forward I would not get confused using the bands- they replied very graciously and offered to send a complete replacement. This is total integrity that you do not find often in companies today. Plus these are certainly High Quality Bands- very well made and very comfortable to use. These are good quality

I am a quadruple amputee. Arms below elbows and legs below knees, due to consequences of septic shock treatments which saved my life.I currently receive separate physical and occupational therapy sessions twice a week to strengthen my upper and lower body.The bands provide excellent resistance for exercises. Compared to the thin rubber stretch bands, I love the grip these bands provide. They stay in place, do not roll up into uncomfortable positions as other thin bands do when I move through any exercise.The other two features I like are 1) the pack includes bands for beginners to experienced people using these bands in their workouts. 2) the bands are packaged in a reusable zippered pouch for convenient storage and if you are someone who travels for work or pleasure these are compact enough and perfect for a full body workout.I found these to be some of the best value for my dollars.I’ve found no cons with these bands.
