The media could not be loaded. Great strap for strength and stretching! I got it for strengthening my right leg and thigh muscles. My PT uses one similar for my exercises at my appointments and it works great. I love the color! The grip is strong and sturdy! My foot fits right into the loops with no problem and I get a good stretch. Worth the buy! Don’t go for the imitation. This even came with a pamphlet of examples of stretching exercises you can do for your body! You will not be disappointed!

Easy use comfortable in hands

I purchased this to help me work on keeping the range of motion I have left. With endstage arthritis in both hip joints and AVN in one I have a difficult time getting around. I want to keep what's left for me and needed help as one leg will not elevate on its own. This strap allows me to help improve the strength and/or keep it from getting worse. One particulrly painful night I found I could use the strap to help get my leg up into bed. I'll be keeping this little gem.

I have a bad back and using the strap for the hamstring stretches is awesome. I feel like the rest of my body can relax while my hamstring gets a better stretch. Strap seems very durable.
