the stitching in the neck came apart after the first day. I purchased 2 other batteries and they dont work with the vest. the vest has elastic bands on both shoulder holes and around the waits and makes an awkward fit on the shoulders. In all poor quality and would not purchase again.

Fits well on my husband but is a little tighter in the chest area on me. Would recommend going a size bigger for women

I like this jacket specially when you are out for few hours in cold weather battery works whole day I ordered one for my wife i recommended to all who lives in cold weather

It often stops working. When it does, the control button doesn't respond. It has a flashing red light. The only cure is to reboot the battery with the button on it or by disconnecting it and then reconnecting to start over. The temperature setting changes itself at times. One must be very careful with the zipper to avoid getting fabric caught in it. When that happens, It's very difficult to get it out. The pocket has enough space that other batteries with the same rating can be used. I use hand warmers in the pockets as a supplement. The best heat is when leaning against the back of a chair. The fabric in the pockets failed.

Not true to size, does not come with battery pack

I ordered a 2X and it was too small.The power cord was too short to reach the pocket and it pulled the side of rhe vest making it uncomfortable.

Looks like I will be prepared for cold weather now. WARMTH
