Micro-Mark BrushCam Default Title

I purchased the brushcam based on past experience with Micro-Mark,but this product comes with a dead link to the software.I'm searching for a compatible wifi camera app that doesn't nag me to buy something else or demand my personal contacts or banking info.

App is worthless.

Good idea, selling it with a plastic bush-cam holder and some roughly fitted brushes. If you just want a phone-linked handheld inspection camera, then but a $20 earwax camera. How do I know? My paintbrush cam came with the earwax scoop pre-installed.

I generally like Micro-Mark, I really do, but this set is a hard pass.Everything was in the box (nice box, for what it's worth) and the camera seemed to charge fairly quickly. The included brushes are nothing special at all, just typical budget synthetics with M-M logos. The mount attaches to your brush ferrule using a small grub screw and hex key without adding too much weight to the brush itself. Seems good initially, it's all there and appears to all work.The big problem here is the required app. It's a strange looking, third party app that I couldn't get to work at all on three different devices (two current gen Samsung and a current gen Pixel). The app isn't branded for Micro-Mark, nor does it appear at all to have anything to do with this product until you realize the camera is just a cheap ear cleaning camera (like an otoscope without a light) with the Micro-Mark logo stamped on it.Unless they come up with a reliable fix for the app and significantly drop the price I couldn't recommend this at all. If you want a cheap and cheerful little camera for close inspection of details on your models hunt around for ear cameras and you'll find one!
