These gummies are great. and they taste amazing

I really like these gummies. They are great option for a prenatal & so easy to take because they taste like candy! I compared the ingredients to my past prenatal & these gummies have everything + more!!

The texture is good, and they taste nice. I find my hair and nails grow stronger with B vitamins. I’m hoping it will help regulate my cycles, not for conception but due to perimenopausal symptoms. It’s too early to speak to those results. Hopefully with continued use I will see improvements there.

Cap's plastic seal was intact, but was still freely spinning. I pulled up on it and it came right off. Foil seal seemed intact, so I was deciding if I should risk it, but then took off plastic cover and tried screwing it on. It wouldn't stay sealed. It would just keep spinning off the grooves so it's not air tight.Tossed it in the end.

I started taking these after I had my birth control (IUD) removed to help get my cycle regulated again. The gummies were great and I feel like my periods came back much faster this time around. We're trying for our next baby this year and I'm glad my cycles will be easy to track.

taste well, no plastic-yish taste to it which is nice.Havent noticed much changes tho.
