Good value for what it is
Bought this for my 82 year old mother, whose mini PC died. Screen is large and it has plenty of power for what she’ll use it for: surfing, email, and word processing. It’s not a gaming laptop with gobs of video memory, but it’s a good value.The touch screen is nice, the keyboard is tactile enough, and two USB ports are plenty for her. Sound quality is acceptable. Nothing to write home about, but adequate for videos of grandkids or cats.The Windows activation step was annoying (as always) but that’s Microsoft for you… usability/customer satisfaction is job 2418.Overall she’s happy with it, which is what matters in my case. This is a solid value if you’ll be using it in ways similar to those I mentioned.

When I got this product, the laptop started to over heat and I didn't even use it for too long.

My hp computer came in right on time and it's completely new and it works amazingly!!! It came in perfect condition! I would 100% suggest to buy it. IT IS TOUCHSCREEN. It works fast and it has an amazing battery life and it's easy to use. And it's perfect for on the go!

Works fine so far
Works fine but came in Windows S Mode which was not in the product description. Appearance is also not what was pictured. Photo showed silver laptop with silver keys and I got a silver laptop with black keys. Other than that easy to set up and use.

My hubby loves it
Does everything my hubby wants. Is speedy, great screen and battery quality. Easy touch screen and accessibility options. I hate that you have to use Microsoft to set up.
